The Contractor/Supervisor Through Certified Site Managers Will Carry Out His Activity As A Representative Of The Beneficiary In Relations With The Designers, The Builder, The Suppliers, The Service Providers And Other Interested Parties In The Performance Of The Works Execution Contract. The Purpose Of The Services That The Contractor/Supervisor Must Provide For The Investment Objective Is To Provide The Beneficiary With A Guarantee That The Executor To Whom The Works Execution Contract Was Assigned Will Fulfill All The Responsibilities Assumed By The Contract, Will Comply With The Legal Provisions, Technical Regulations, The Technical Project, The Execution Details And The Requirements According To The Specifications. The Contractor/Supervisor Will Exercise Duties In The Following Phases Of The Project: - Pre-Construction Of The Works, Mobilization, Execution Of The Works; Reception Upon Completion Of Work, Warranty Period, Final Reception. The Nature Of The Services Provided By The Site Managers: Supervision Of The Works: The Powers, Responsibilities And Obligations Of The Site Manager (As Provider) Are Those Stipulated In The Contract That Will Be Concluded For The Achievement Of The Investment Objective Construction Of Obstetrics, Gynecology And Neonatology Departments, Infant Surgery Department, Pediatric Department Within The Arad County Emergency Clinical Hospital Technical Assistance For The Beneficiary In The Works Contract And Support For The Project Implementation Team, Through Authorized Site Managers According To The Legal Provisions For Works Such As: Construction (Resistance, Architecture), Sanitary Installations, Thermal And Electrical Installations, Parking Facilities, Network Diversions - If Necessary, Natural Environment Restoration Facilities. Monitoring And Supervision Of Construction Works According To The Provisions Of Romanian Legislation In Force (Law No. 10/1995 With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, Order No. 1496/2011, For The Approval Of The Authorization Procedure For Site Managers, Updated, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions). The General Objective Of These Services Is To Supervise The Execution Of The Construction Works So That These Works Are Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Respective Contract, With The Relevant Romanian Legislation In Force, With Good Practices And Are Completed Within The Contractual Terms, Ensuring The Appropriate Preparation, Distribution And Preservation Of The Documents Provided For Both In The Contract For The Execution Of Construction Works And In The Present Terms Of Reference. The Specific Objective Of The Present Services Is The Provision Of Work Supervision Services By Certified Site Managers Which Will Consist In The Verification And Monitoring Of The Execution Of Construction Works, By Specialized Technical Personnel, Authorized According To The Provisions Of The Order Of The Minister Of Regional Development And Tourism No. 1496/2011 So As To Ensure That A Quality Is Achieved In
