The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out In Separate Stages: 1) Stage I - Includes Verification Of The Correctness And Completeness Of The Construction Design Documentation Prepared Under Stage I Of The Agreement With The General Contractor, Hereinafter Referred To As Gw; 2) Stage Ii - Includes Verification Of The Correctness And Completeness Of The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Stwior, Other Necessary Studies And Decisions Made Under Stage Ii Of The Agreement With The Gc; 3) Stage Iii - Includes Comprehensive Investor Supervision Over Construction And Assembly Works; 4) Stage Iv - Includes The Material And Financial Settlement Of The Task, During The Works And After Their Completion By The General Contractor And Other Entities Performing The Works, Services Or Deliveries, Including The Development Of Documentation Necessary To Conduct A Formal Acceptance Inspection - Jfai. 3. The Detailed Scope Of Work And Responsibilities Covered By This Order And The Stages Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz, And The Reference Documentation, The List Of Which Constitutes Annex No. 4 To The Swz. Reference Documentation Will Be Provided To Contractors Invited To Submit Offers.
