A) Contents Of The Test Testing Of All Portable Electrical Equipment Available At The Time Of The Test, Including Connecting Cables And Connections Of All Protection Classes In 29 Schools/Facilities (See Appendix 1 To The Service Description - Overview Of Schools) The Scope Of Testing According To Din Vde 0701-0702 Includes: Visual Inspection With The Following Content: - Damage To Housings - Defects In Connecting Cables - Defects In The Bending Protection Or Strain Relief Of The Connecting Cables - Signs Of Overload, Improper Use Or Impermissible Interventions And Changes - Proper Condition Of Covers - Contamination And Corrosion That Impair Safety - Presence And Condition Of Required Air Filters And Cooling Openings - Perfect Legibility Of Labels That Serve Safety Measuring Process With The Following Contents: - Testing The Resistance Or Continuity Of The Protective Conductor - Proof Of The Insulation Resistance (Corresponding To The Protection Class With Closed Switches) - Measuring The Equivalent Leakage Current - Measuring The Protective Conductor Or Differential Current And The Contact Current - Checking The Limit Values For Safety Extra-Low Voltage Carrying Out And Documenting A Functional Test: - Attaching An E-Check Test Sticker Stating The Next Test Date (Date Of The Repeat Test). Test Periods According To Risk Assessment Based On Guv-I 8524. - Preparation Of A Test Report And Logging Of The Individual Measurement Results - Carrying Out Small Repairs To Cables And Plugs, Such As, Among Other Things. Pressing Wire End Sleeves, Readjusting Strain Reliefs, Changing Schuko Plugs And/Or Couplings - Logging And Sorting Out Electronic Equipment That Has Technical Defects. Stickers Must Be Provided By The Contractor And Permanently Attached To The Equipment. The Costs For Stickers Must Be Included In The Offer Price. For Equipment To Which The Test Sticker Cannot Be Sensibly Attached, The Contractor Must Select Suitable Marking (E.G. Cable Markers, Cable Ties With Labeling Fields, Etc.). Devices That Have Not Passed The Test Must Be Marked With A Large Red Sticker (Blocking Sticker) On The Connection Plug To Indicate That This Device Is No Longer Safe To Operate. The Red Stickers Must Be Provided By The Contractor And Included In The Offer Price Accordingly. The Defective Devices Must Be Handed Over To The Caretaker. A Test Report Including A List Of Defects Must Be Provided Digitally To The Client Once A Year And Must Be Enclosed As An Attachment To The Invoice. The Client Decides On The Further Procedure For The Defective Devices (Repair, Disposal, Etc.). Repair And Disposal Are Not Part Of The Contract. B) Implementation Period And Test Interval The Tests Must Be Carried Out Once Per Calendar Year In The Respective Facilities And Each Time By
