The Subject Of This Procedure Is The Appointment Of A Contractor For The Execution Of A Consulting Service For The Preparation Of A Report On Investment Compliance Of A Technical Project And The Exercise Of Construction Supervision For The Energy Renovation Of A Multi-Family Residential Building - Unity Block, Located At 26 Patriarch Evtimiy St. And 90 Hristo Botev Blvd., Pleven, Which Has Been Approved By The Ministry Of Regional Development And Public Works For Financing Under Procedure Bg-Rrp-4.024 Support For Sustainable Energy Renovation Of The Residential Building Stock - Stage Ii From The National Recovery And Sustainability Plan (Nrsp). Description Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement - Description - For The Multi-Family Residential Building, It Is Planned To Prepare A Technical Investment Project And Implement Construction, Including The Mandatory Measures Prescribed In The Technical Passport Of The Building And Implementation Of Energy Efficiency Measures Described In The Report And The Energy Efficiency Certificate For The Building. The Technical Project Will Include At Least The Following Project Parts: Architectural; Constructive /When Applicable/; Electric (Electro); Heating, Ventilation And Air Conditioning (Hvac); Energy Efficiency (Ee); Fire Safety (Pb); Health And Safety Plan (Hsp); Construction Waste Management Plan (Cwms) And Accounting Documentation (Csd). Within The Scope Of The Order Will Be: - Preparation Of A Complex Report For Assessing The Compliance Of The Design Documentation With The Essential Requirements For Construction, Incl.
