Washing And Dry-Cleaning Services – Framework Agreement For Full Textile Supply. The Service Is Awarded By Means Of The Negotiated Procedure With Participation Competition, Since The Contract Includes Conceptual Or Innovative Solutions (See Section 14 Paragraph 3 No. 2 Vgv) And The Contract Cannot Be Awarded Without Prior Negotiations Due To Specific Circumstances Relating To The Nature, Complexity Or The Legal Or Financial Framework Or The Associated Risks (See Section 14 Paragraph 3 No. 3 Vgv). There Is No Division Into Lots Due To Technical And Economic Reasons. The Contract Includes The Full Textile Supply Of Rental Station Linen As Well As Rental Area And Rental Work Clothing, As Required, To Be Delivered To The Clients Delivery Points Specifically Designated In The Tender Documents, As Well As Textile Care And The Transport Of Small Quantities Of The Clients Own Laundry And Other Textiles In Accordance With The More Detailed Provisions Of The Tender Documents. The Contractor Will Begin Preparations To Implement The Services In Accordance With The Contract Immediately After The Contract Has Been Awarded. This Also Includes Training And Advising Clients Before And When The Service Is Taken Over. The Contractor Must Ensure The Smooth Start Of The Service At The Clients Locations. The Aim Is To Achieve A Smooth Changeover In The Clients Textile Supply, In Which Patient Care Is Not Affected And The Clients Patient-Related Employees Are Only Disrupted In Their Work Processes As Little As Possible. The Contractor Should Begin Providing External Textile Supplies For The Clients Clinics And Functional Areas 16 Weeks After The Contract Is Awarded, But No Earlier Than July 1, 2026. The Essential Service Obligation Is The Textile Supply (Provision Of Rental Linen, Collection, Preparation, Repair If Necessary, Picking And Delivery) Of The Client, Including All Parts Of The Company And Associated Facilities. From The Start Of Supply, The Contractor Must Use High-Quality, Ready-To-Use (I.E. Washed) Textiles. The Delivery Of Ward And Area Laundry Must Be Carried Out Primarily On The Basis Of Orders From The Supply Assistant And Using Standard Or Standard Delivery Quantities. The Provision Of Work Clothing For The Medical Service, Nursing And Functional Services Is Mainly Carried Out With Size-Specific Work Clothing (Pool Clothing). Special Clothing Must Also Be Made Available To Research Employees. The Contractor Must Provide A Clothing Distribution System For Size-Related Work Clothing For The Corresponding Service Types In Several Clinic Locations, Which Serves The Employees (Users) With Work Clothing. The Estimated Order Volume Excluding Vat Is Eur 4,595,000. The Relevant Estimated Quantities Are Listed In The Price Sheet_Mzg In Accordance With Form Appendix B.6 To Part B.
