Z O. O.. . The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Consisting In The Performance Of Necessary Adjustment Works Consisting In The Modernization Of The Existing Construction Infrastructure Of The Hospital For The Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of Medical Equipment, Medical Equipment And Non-Medical Equipment, As Part Of The Task Titled: Modernization Of The Electrophysiology Laboratory Along With The Purchase Of Equipment At The University Hospital In Zielona Góra Sp. Z O. O. Adaptation Works Include The Modernization Of Existing Rooms, Which Are Located On Part Of The Ground Floor And Partly In The Basement Of Building C-C1, And Also Include Work On The External Area Adjacent To The Facility. The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain Formal And Legal Documents And Arrangements On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, And Also To Prepare, If Necessary, The Required Documentation To The Extent Necessary To Perform Adaptation Works Of Existing Premises, Taking Into Account All Applicable Regulations, In Particular The Construction Law. Obtaining A Permit To Use (If Required) The Subject Of The Order Being Implemented Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor. The Ordering Party Will Issue A Power Of Attorney For The Contractor For The Above Purpose. The Area Covering The Scope Of Adaptation Works Constituting The Subject Of The Order Is Presented In Graphic Form In Annex No. 1 To The Opd (Concept Drawing) And In Annex No. 2 To The Opd (Table Of Room Finishing Requirements). Adaptation Works Mean Construction, Assembly And Installation Works, Together With The Delivery And Assembly Of All Necessary Devices For The Installation Of Medical Equipment And Non-Medical Equipment, Described In The Price And Technical Forms Constituting Annex No. 1A, 1B, 2A And 2B To The Agreement. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery, Assembly And Installation Of Two Electrophysiology Angiographs, Two Cardiomonitors, Three Patient Transport Trolleys, Three Anesthesia Trolleys, One Echocardiograph, Two Ultrasound Machines, Three Defibrillators With Cardioversion, Two Diatherms, Two Anesthesia Machines, Three Infusion Pump Systems, Two Act Measuring Machines, Three Mobile Electric Mammals, A Patient Heating System, A Resuscitation Trolley, Two Surgical Columns, Two Ceiling Bactericidal Lamps. Additionally, The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of Medical And Non-Medical Equipment Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment.
