Tender For Standardization/ Improvement To Power Infrastructure For Critical Equipment At Afs Jodhpur; 1 Supply and Fix remote andautomatic operated transfer switching equipment(ATS) in sheet metal enclosure 4 pole of capacity 200 Ampas specified and directed. 2 SITC new isolation transformer of capacity 75KVAcopper winding three phase outdoor type , IP 55 , oil cooled, input voltage 415±5% volt phase to phase, output including oil and PCC foundation of desired volume and strength including testing and commissioning all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge ( at ER-II) 3 SITC new isolation transformer of capacity 50 KVAcopper winding three phase outdoor type , IP 55 , oil cooled, input voltage 415±5% volt phase to phase, output including oil and PCC foundation of desired volume and strength including testing and commissioning all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge ( at ER-II) 4 Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, unbalanced type, three phase, naturally oil cooled, indoor type,& designed for input variation between 300 V to 480 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 with accuracy ± 2.5% and speed of correction 8 Volts per second and of capacity 150 KVAcomplete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 5 Supply lay & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches/passing through pipe/duct or fixed to wall/pole etc., and connecting up complete all as specified and directed for the following size of cable:- (a) 95 Sqmm 4 Core 6 (b) 70 Sqmm 4 Core 7 (c) 50 Sqmm 4 Core 8 (d) 10 Sqmm 4 Core 9 Supply and fix in trench/wall / pole XLPE insulated PVC sheated armoured heavy duty HT electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 11000 volt grade of sizes95 Sqmm 3 Core complete all as specified and directed. 10 Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for laying of cables, errection of poles, struts/stays etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed. 11 Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming inlayers not exceeding 25 cm in soft / hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed. 12 Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed, at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point in soils complete all as specified and directed. 13 M&L Sand cusioning of tibba sand for XLPEcable with screened & washed sand & punning to providea required cover complete all as specified and directed. 14 Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class HVP, Type I, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed. 15 Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed. 16 Supply and fix in repair cable joint kit for 11 KV grade cable for indoor termination Heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium cableof size 95 to 120sqmm complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer - in - Charge. 17 M&Lin repair for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to and including GI earthstrip 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion and excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 typeC1in chamber, precastRCC cover 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM (Weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) with cast iron frame, funnel with wire mesh, 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade watering pipe, lugs, 40mm bore GI pipe medium grade protection pipe upto 7.5m as directed. 18 Supply installation ,commissioning and testing of 11 KV Outdoor type extensible 4 way RMU floor mounted with internal eletrolytic grade copper bus bars, consisting of combinations of 630 Amp 2 Nos fixed manual load break switch as incomer & 2 Nos fixed type manual vaccum circuit breaker . All live parts , bus bars , LBSs connections of RMU shall be enclosed in on bodytank to avoid multiple interconnections & sealed for life robotically welded non magnetic and non ferrite grade stainledd stell tan grade 304 of minimum 2.5 mm thick having IP67 degree of protectionnfilled with SF6 gas as insulation with leakage rate less than 0.1% per year tested as per IEC 62271-200. the unit shall have front cable entry for ease of installation and shall have site replaceable bushings for ease of troubleshooting during breakdwon. RMU should be complete with all accessories such as terminal boots , VPIS, cable supports , all front cable terminations, mechanical indications for load break switch ON/OFF , manometer as per with IEC standards 62271-200,60056,60129,60625,60298,60420,60529 and 60694. Altitude of insulation up to 1000m as per IEC 60120. Extensible Bushing, if appicable shall be bolted type top mounted outside the tank for connection of external bus bar ,also the outer enclosure shall cover the full lenght of switchgear, to ensure IP3X+IP54 protection for cable boxes. RMU should be SCADA compitable.The Unit shall be internal arc proof 21 KA for sec for tank + Cable and tested and totally safefor human beings. The gas release & personnel safety with internal arc proof shall not depend on plinth design. The release of gas to be from the top of unit , so that evevn if person is operatingthe unit , openingthe cover & ther arepersonnels near the sides of the RMU/plinth, top release will ensure their safety. The release is no case should be fron any side or bottom of unit , as the same is unsafe for operating personnel/pedestrain ro general public. Bidder shall provide type test report to prove compliance to theinternal fault IAC-AFLR as per IEC-62271-200.
