bids are invited for repair and overhauling service - defect rectification on pda; m/s cummins; no; buyer premises--low coolant level observed in expansion tank on pda during static condition. on defect investigation by ship's staff, coolant traces found in lub oil sump. suspect coolant leakage from cylinder liner/ lub oil cooler. di/dr for the same to be undertaken and pda to be proved for satisfactory operation.
