Tender For Inviting Rates For Non Ssr Items-Technology provider to design process units as per the technology requirement to achieve the process gurantee, detailed engineering, procurement, supply and installation, testing and commissioning of Sewage Treatment Plant of 400 KLD capacity (400 KLD - Civil Unit for Phase 1 and 2 & Electromechanical Equipment to be supplied, erection & commisioning only for Phase 1 i.e., 200 KLD capacity) based on Membrane Bioreactor Technology with supply and erection of all electro- Mechanical and SCADA, instrumentaion equipments as per requirements detailed in tender document. Scope of Supply for the STP shall include the follwing but not limited to: i) Coarse Screen: 1 Nos ii)Equalization Pump: 2 Nos (1W+1S) -10 m3/hr @ 15m Head-Non Clog Submersible Type iii)Fine Screen: 2 Nos (1W+1S) iv)Screen Collection box with chute: 2 Nos (1W+1S) v)Mixer in Pre Anoxic: 1 Nos (Submersible Type of SS) vi)Return Activated Sludge Pump: a) Recycle pump set: 2 Nos (1W+1S)- 40m3/hr @ 15m Head-Non Clog self priming Horizontal Centrifugal Type vii) Aeration Tank: a) Fine Bubble Diffuser: As per design b) Level Trasnsmiter: 1 Nos c) DO transmeter: 1 Nos viii) MBR Tank: a) Submerged Membrane Units: As per design (MBR module shall be minimum 1 nos with 200 KLD capacity for phase 1) ix) Permeate Pumps a) Pumps: 2 Nos (1W+1S) -10 m3/hr @ 15m Head-Centrifugal type x) Backwash Pumps a) Pumps: 2 Nos (1W+1S)-As per technology provider xi) CIP Pumps a) Pumps: 2 Nos (1W+1S)-As per technology provider b) CIP Tank: 1 Nos (HDPE/FRP) xii) Blowers and accessories: MBR Air Scour Blower, Pre Aeration, Equalisation and SHT a) Blower: 2 Nos (1W+1S)- for tank, As per process requirment, Lobe Type for b) Air Flow Transmitter: 1 Nos xiii)UV Disinfection System: 2 nos (1 W+1S)-15m3/hr with minimum dosing of 60,000 uW-sec/sqcm Hypochlorite dosing system for disifection a) Pumps: 2 Nos (1W+1S)-As per technology provider b) Dosing Tank: 1 Nos (HDPE/FRP) xiv) Sludge Handling: a) Centrifuge: 2No (1W+1S)-As per technology provider b) Centriuge Feed Pump: 2 Nos (1W+1S) c) Pipe grid for sludge holding system and Polymer feed system: 1 Nos each d) Polymer Feed System: 1 No each xv) Electrical works: a) PLC Control panel with SCADA: 1 Nos b) MCC, Starter Panel, Power and welding sockets: As per process requirement 1 Duty) c) Power and control cables, Cable tray, Local Push button station: 1 Nos Each d) Earthing and safety equipments: 1 Nos xvi)Online Monitoring System for measurement of pH, Flow, TDS, Turbidity, BOD,COD, & Data Acquisition System and if required, to be facilitated with connection for MPCB/CPCB server. xvii) Equipment and civil units sizes are mentioned as minimum sizes, vendor can suggest as per their design to achive the process gurantee.
