Tender for Providing/Replacement, Testing And Commissioning Of 03 Cusec X 10 Meter Pump Set Along With Its Allied Works Of Unit-I & Construction Of New 100 Kva Electric Substation Along With Its Allied Infrastructure Including Its Testing & Commissioning At Lis Khawaskhan. , Dismantling Of The 2.5 Cusec End Section Hc Pump Coupled With 12.5 Hp Motor From Its Foundation After Disconnecting The Electrical Connection Of Unit-I At Lift Irrigation Station Khawas Khan By Way Of Cutting The Old Rusted Nuts And Bolts, Decoupling The Motor Pump From Coupling Pulleys, Suction Joints, Delivery Joints, Attachment Pipes And Then Extracting Out The Pump And Motor From The Pumping Room Using Tools And Tackles And Manual Labour. Digging Out The Old Foundation Block And Then Extracting Out The Base Frame After Cutting The Nuts From Foundation Bolts Using The Electric Cutter /Gas Cutter. Breaking The Old Reinforced Cement Concrete Foundation Block (4.5 X 2.5 X 3.5) With The Help Of Chisel, Concrete Cutter, Electric Jack Hammer And Other Tools / Tackles. Cutting Of Steel Members With The Help Of Cutter Step Wise During The Process Of Breaking The Reinforced Cement Concrete Block And Stacking. Complete Removal Of Broken Concrete, Soil And Tmt Bars From Pump Room In Such Way That The Machinery And Electric Equipments Of Other Pumping Machinery Are Not Damaged/ Effected. Disposing Of The Excavated Material To A Distance Not Less Than 100Mtrs (Approx.) From The Pump Room At Such A Place Where Irrigation Land And Water Source Is Not Polluted. Laying Of New Reinforced Cement Concrete Foundation Block Of Size 4 Ft X 3 Ft X 4 Ft Approx. (As Per Size Of The New Base Frame) By Way Of Making Surface Even For Laying Of New Reinforced Cement Concrete Foundation Block.
