Dąbrowszczaków 5A, Internal Medicine And Specialist Clinic Warsaw, Ul. Jagiellońska 34, Family Clinic Warsaw, Ul. Otwocka 1, Internal Medicine And Specialist Clinic Warsaw, Ul. Radzymińska 101/103. Heat Will Be Supplied Via A Heat Carrier - Hot Water With Variable Temperature, Via A Heating Network To A Heating Node Equipped With A Model, A Δp/V Flow Regulator And A Weather Controller. The Δp/V Flow Regulator Is The Property Of Veolia Energia Warszawa S.A. The Weather Controller Is The Property Of The Ordering Party. The Heating Network And The Measurement And Billing System Installed In The Heating Node Are The Property Of Veolia Energia Warszawa S.A. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Included In Appendix No. 1 To The Swz. The Order Will Be Implemented Under The Conditions Specified In The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266, As Amended), The Implementing Provisions Of This Act, And In Particular In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of January 15, 2007 On Detailed Conditions For The Operation Of Heating Systems (Journal Of Laws Of 2007). 16, Item 92) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate Of April 7, 2020 On Detailed Rules For Shaping And Calculating Tariffs And Settlements For Heat Supply (Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 718, As Amended).
