1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Sanitary Transport Services For Megrez Sp. Z O. O. Specified In The Product And Price Form (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz) In: • Package No. 1 In The Field Of Sanitary Transport Type S (Team (3-Person) With A Driver And A System Doctor, Paramedic Or System Nurse) 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Appendix No. 8 To The Swz.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Attached To The Swz.5. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Package (Task) Must Be Priced In Its Entirety. Offers That Do Not Include The Full Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Specified In The Package (Task) Will Be Rejected. 7. Each Time A Standard Is Indicated In This Swz Or The Annexes To The Swz, It Should Be Assumed That The Phrase Or Equivalent Was Used In Reference To It.
