A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex 1 To The Terms Of Reference. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Clearly Define The Subject Of The Order Offered In The Offer, Characterizing It By Indicating A Specific Product (Data Allowing Identification Of The Offered Foam Extinguishing Agent, E.G. Manufacturer/Symbol/Marking). 4. The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Requirements Contained In The Swz And Its Annexes. 5. The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Have A Valid Certificate Of Admission Issued By The Scientific And Research Center For Fire Protection For Use In Fire Protection In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Ministry Of Interior And Administration Of June 20, 2007 On The List Of Products Intended To Ensure Public Safety Or The Protection Of Health, Life And Property, As Well As The Rules For Issuing Approvals For These Products For Use (Journal Of Laws Of 2007, No. 143, Item 1002, As Amended) 6. Required Quality Warranty And Warranty Period: 60 Months. The Terms Of The Guarantee And Warranty Are Specified In § 4 Of The Draft Contract. 7.
