3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Diesel Oil In The Amount Of 130,000 Liters Intended For Refueling Company Vehicles Owned By The Ordering Party To The Head Office Of The Ordering Party, Located In Postomino 94.3.2. An Integral Element Of The Submitted Offer Is The Free Delivery To The Ordering Party As Part Of The Order, For The Duration Of The Contract, Of A Portable, Technically Efficient Dosing Device With A Capacity Of 5,000 Liters, Equipped With An Approved Dispenser Enabling Refueling Of The Delivered Fuel. The Uncontaminated Device Will Be Delivered On The Day Of Signing The Contract With 2 Sets Of Keys For Locking.3.3. The Size Of The Subject Of The Order Indicated In Point 1 Is The Maximum Amount, Determined On The Basis Of The Current State Of Knowledge Of The Ordering Party Regarding The Annual Demand For Fuels Constituting The Subject Of The Order. This Means That The Ordering Party May Purchase A Smaller Amount Of Diesel Oil, Which Cannot Constitute The Basis For The Contractor To Make Any Claims Regarding The Amount Of The Actual Payment Due For The Sale.3.4. The Delivered Oil Should Meet The Applicable Quality Standards Pn-En 590.3.5. The Ordering Party Will Notify The Contractor Of The Detailed Date And Quantity Of Ordered Diesel Oil By Phone. The Maximum Delivery Time Is 72 Hours From Submitting The Order To The Contractor. The Contractor Must Ensure Continuity Of Supplies To The Ordering Party During The Duration Of The Contract And Guarantee A Single Delivery Of 3,000 To 5,000 Liters Upon Notification Of Such A Need By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Requires That Individual Deliveries Take Place On Working Days From 7:30 A.M. To 3:30 P.M..3.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Notify The Ordering Partys Representative By Phone About The Date And Time Of Diesel Fuel Delivery At Least One Day In Advance Before The Agreed Delivery Date.3.7.
