The Subject Of The Order Is: • Provision Of Catering Services To Students Of Primary School No. 10 In The Form Of Subscription Meals, I.E. Two-Course Dinners Consisting Of Soup, A Second Course And Compote, With The Help Of The Contractors Own Staff (Soup Served In Vases, Second Course And Compote Served Directly At The Serving Window), • Provision Of Catering Services For Children Aged 3 To 6 Years Attending Municipal Kindergarten No. 2 In The Form Of Full Board, I.E. Breakfast, Second Breakfast, Lunch Consisting Of Soup, Main Course And Compote, Afternoon Snack. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Provides Current Supplies Of Low-Mineralized Water For Kindergarten Students In The Amount Of: One 5-Liter Cylinder Per One Kindergarten Group For One Feeding Day. In Order To Complete The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Rent The Necessary Kitchen And Storage Rooms From The Ordering Party, Together With The Existing Equipment Owned By The Ordering Party. The Rooms And Equipment Are In Good Technical And Sanitary Condition, And The Contractor Is Obliged To Regularly Equip Them With Small Kitchen Equipment And The Necessary Tableware And Cutlery For Eating Meals. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide, On Its Own And At Its Own Expense, 60 Canteen Chairs Necessary To Complete The Order In Question. Detailed Rules For Renting Rooms Will Be Regulated In The Lease Agreement, The Template Of Which Is Annex No. 8 To The Swz. The Daily Number Of Students Is Estimated At 100, Of Which On Average 10 Are People Who Have Received A Decision From The Municipal Family Support Center In Krosno Regarding A Free Meal, While The Daily Number Of Students Is Estimated As Follows: In The Months January To June - 100, July - 50, August - Summer Break, September - December – 100, Of Which An Average Of 7 Are People Who Have Received A Decision From The Municipal Family Support Center In Krosno Regarding A Free Meal. Due To The Above, The Average Number Of Person-Day Meals Estimated By The Ordering Party Is: • For The School: 18,400, Including 2,090 With The Mopr Decision, • For The Kindergarten: 22,050, Including 1,463 With The Mopr Decision. The Actual Number Of Meals Served Depends On Students Attendance On Particular Days. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Children Receiving Meals Depending On The Needs And Organization Of School And Kindergarten Work, Within 50% During The Term Of The Contract.
