The Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution Of Design Works And Construction Works In The Design And Build System For The Investment Task Entitled: Thermal Modernization Of The Municipal Resources Of The City Of Ozorków - Tenement Houses At Ul. Łęczycka 2 And Ul. Łęczycka 2A, Together With Obtaining The Arrangements, Opinions, Consents, Permits, Decisions Required By Law, As Well As All Construction Works Regarding The Works Described In The Functional And Utility Programs. (Pfu), Other Documents Resulting From Energy Audits, Conservation Guidelines, Ornithological And Chiropterological Expertise For Buildings At Ul. Łęczycka 2 And 2A, And Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order. The Preparation Of Construction Documentation Is Preceded By Presenting The Design Concept To The Ordering Party. Based On The Assumptions Of The Energy Audit And The Functional And Utility Program, The Contractor Will Prepare All Technical Documentation, Including Possible Expert Opinions And Conservation Studies - Necessary To Carry Out The Construction Process, On This Basis It Will Obtain All Required Arrangements Or Administrative Decisions, And Then Perform Construction Works. The First Stage Is The Development Of Technical Documentation, Including Conducting An Inventory Of Construction Facilities And Industries, Developing Construction Designs, Cost Estimates And Bills Of Quantities.
