The Subject Of The Order Is The Thermal Modernization Of The Municipal Kindergarten No. 1, Named After Priest Józefa Pawłowski In Proszowice Along With The Adaptation Of The Facility For People With Disabilities Under Priority No. 2 European Funds For The Environment, Measure 2.2 Improving Energy Efficiency - Subsidy, Project Type A. Deep Energy Modernization Of Public Buildings. Construction Works Will Be Performed In An Active Kindergarten. The Building Will Be Excluded From The Kindergartens Activities In The Period: From June 15, 2026 To August 31, 2026 And From June 15, 2027 To August 31, 2027. During The Remaining Period, The Kindergarten Will Operate Full Time. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Organize The Works Taking Into Account The Presence Of Preschool Children In The Building. The Works Will Be Performed In Consultation With The Kindergarten Management And The Ordering Party. Dates Apart From Those Indicated Above, Related To The Complete Shutdown Of The Kindergartens Operation, Must Be Agreed With The Kindergarten Management And The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Obtain A Permit To Use The Facility / If Required. The Ordering Party Requires A Visit To The Facility, Confirmed By The Person Indicated In Part Vii Of The Swz Or Another Authorized Person By The Kindergarten Director.
