1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Security Services For The Podgórza Cultural Center Branch In Kraków - Fort Borek (Ul. Forteczna 146, 30-437 Kraków) And The Ruczaj Center (Ul. Przyzby 10A, 30-385 Kraków). The Subject Of The Order Is Divided Into Parts: A) Provision Of Security Services For The Branch Of The Podgórza Cultural Center In Krakow - Fort Borek (Ul. Forteczna 146, 30-437 Kraków), 2. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.3. We Would Like To Inform You That Due To The Planned Date Of January 1, 2026 Merger Of The Polish Song Library Cultural Center And The Podgórza Cultural Center In Krakow, The Newly Established Institution, I.E. The Podgórza Cultural Center In Krakow, Will Become The Legal Successor Of The Podgórza Cultural Center, And Thus Will Enter Into Its Rights And Obligations By Operation Of Law.4. The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Act Provides For Requirements Related To The Execution Of The Order In The Scope Of Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing The Following Activities Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of The Execution Of The Order: Activities Of The Protection Of Persons And Property. Each Time, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Within The Period Specified By The Ordering Party, Not Shorter Than 7 Business Days, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit Documents Confirming The Conclusion Of Employment Contracts By The Contractor (Or Subcontractor) With The Persons Referred To In The First Sentence, E.G. Certificates. The Documents Should Be Prepared In Accordance With The Regulation (Eu) 2016/679 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 27 April 2016 On The Protection Of Natural Persons With Regard To The Processing Of Personal Data And On The Free Movement Of Such Data, And Repealing Directive 95/46/Ec, I.E. They Should Not Contain Data Unnecessary To Demonstrate Compliance With The Obligation Referred To In Section 2 Or In The Case Of Presenting Copies Of Documents - Pseudonymized. 5. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Execution Of The Order By Persons With A Disability Certificate Due To The Need To Independently Take Care Of A Large Area, Including The External Area, Which Is Not Evenly Landscaped.
