Physical Protection Of People And Property, Including Video Monitoring And Monitoring Of The Alarm System At The Headquarters Of The Social Services Center In Czeladź At Ul. 17 July 27.1.1. Physical Protection Of The Building, Installations, Devices, Equipment And Other Assets From 7:00 A.M. To 5:30 P.M. 1.2 Protection Of Persons Aimed At Ensuring Safety Of Life, Health And Personal Integrity, During The Ordering Partys Office Hours, I.E. Monday - Friday From 7.00 To 17.30.1.3. If Necessary, Response To The Signal By An Intervention Group.1.4. Issuing And Accepting Keys To The Ordering Partys Premises To Authorized Persons. Before Issuing And After Returning The Keys To The Rooms, Checking Their Completeness.1.5. Checking Rooms (Including Sanitary, Utility And Basement) For Security (E.G. Closed Windows, Lowered Anti-Burglary Blinds, Turned Off Electrical Devices) After The Ordering Partys Office Hours And Before The End Of Physical Security.1.6. Inspection Of All Premises After The Ordering Partys Office Hours. 1.7. Checking Whether Persons Staying In The Ordering Partys Premises After Working Hours Are Authorized To Do So. 1.8. Not Allowing Persons Under The Influence Of Alcohol Or Other Intoxicants Into The Premises Of The Ordering Party.1.9. Daily Inspections Around The Building And The Adjacent Area Before And After The Physical Security Of The Building And A Written Report On The Time, Place And Type Of The Extraordinary Event.1.10. Maintaining A Report Book In Which The Course Of Service Should Be Documented In Writing (Especially Reporting Of Extraordinary Events) And The Contractors Conclusions And Suggestions Regarding The Implementation Of The Service, As Well As Comments On Shortcomings Identified By The Ordering Party During The Service. The Report Book Should Be Available For Inspection At Any Request Of The Ordering Party. 1/11. In The Event Of Events That Threaten The Functioning Of The Cus (After The Ordering Partys Working Hours), Notify The Official Persons, I.E. The Director Of The Cus And Secure The Place Of The Event Until The Circumstances Of The Causes Of The Event Are Established And Until The Arrival Of Specialized Services (Fire Brigade, Police, Emergency Medical Services).1.12. Checking The Condition Of All Security, External Lighting, Water, Sewage And Sanitary, Gas, Central Heating, Fire Protection, Monitoring And Other Installations Located In The Cus. In The Event Of Any Defects, The Ordering Party Shall Be Notified Immediately. 1/13. Daily Checking And Operation Of Electronic Alarm Protection, And In The Event Of Any Faults, Notifying The Ordering Party.1.14. Securing Keys, Locking The Cus And Activating The Alarm System.1.15.
