Tenders are invited for Education Rapid Response Mechanism Global Mapping Consultant REPORTING TO: Global Education Specialist, Global Programme Development, HO DURATION: 50 days MONTHS OF WORK: December 2025 - April 2026 METHODOLOGY AND TIMEFRAME The mapping exercise will be conducted over two phases. Phase One of the exercise will focus on secondary data collection and review and design of the approach to primary data collection. Secondary data collection and review will encompass materials publicly available online on Education Cluster information-sharing platforms, other humanitarian information-sharing platforms, websites of key implementing, donor, and partner organisations, government websites, and any other relevant sources of information. This review will provide a foundation of knowledge from which to develop the approach to primary data collection and inform Phase Two of the exercise. Design of the approach to primary data collection will encompass development of a survey to be answered by internal NRC informants, likely members of the Education team, for each NRC country of operation.
