Bc Wildfire Services (Bcws) Is Seeking Responses From Respondents Who Are Qualified And Available To Provide Inspection, Maintenance And Repair Services To Provincial Trailers On A Year-Round Basis, In Order For The Trailers To Pass Commercial Vehicle Inspection Program (Cvip) Inspection. Bcws Anticipates That The Majority Of Service Requests Will Be Issued Between October 15Th And December 15Th. Provincial Trailers May Include But Not Be Limited To Dry Van Refrigeration Units, High Boy Flat Deck Trailers, Drop Deck Trailers, Modular Office/Accommodation Type Trailer Structures, Equipment Deck Trailer And Cargo Trailers.The Inspection, Maintenance And Repair Services Are To Be Provided On An As, If And When Requested Basis And No Representations, Commitments Or Guarantees Are Made With Respect To The Timing, Number Or Value Of Service Requests That May Be Requested From A Contractor Over The Term. A Standing Arrangement Established Pursuant To This Nrsa Does Not Confer An Exclusive Right To Provide The Inspection, Maintenance And Repair Services To The Province. The Province May Procure The Inspection, Maintenance And Repair Services By Any Other Means, Including Use Of Other Agreements, Or By Other Procurement Or Contracting Methods.
