The amount is non-refundable in cases where the successful bidder fails to complete payment or vehicle transfer procedures within the stipulated timeframe A brokerage fee of 2% of the final vehicle price will be charged, in addition to 5% VAT Ownership transfer procedures must be completed within three days of payment.
