V1075003 - Heist, Replacing Influent Wall Valves. • Measuring And Checking The Existing Wall Valve And Location For The Purpose Of Dimensioning The Motorizations/Reductions And Optionally Overhauling The Valves. • Drawing Up And Supplying Documentation; Layout Drawings And Calculations Of The New Reduction Gearboxes And Motorizations To Aquafin For Inspection And Approval. • Make The Necessary Structural Adjustments, Including Core Drillings And Seals, To Place The New Reduction Gearboxes And Motorization Above Ground. • Optional Provision And Dimensioning Of A Pump Installation Including Temporary Closure Of The Collectors By Means Of Plate Or Balloon Valve With By-Pass • The Optional Dismantling And Disposal Of The Current Wall Valve • The Optional Overhaul Of The Valves If Necessary To Obtain The Required Watertightness • The Optional Supply And Installation Of Spindles, Top Bridge And Other Accessories If Necessary, Including All Cranes And/Or Necessary Racks. • Providing And Installing A Suitable Reduction Gearbox And Transmissions • Providing And Installing Suitable Motorization • Adjusting The Installed Wall Valve, Including Checking For Watertightness (Hydrotest) • Optional Replacing The Necessary Cabling To Operate The Valve As Currently Provided. The Cabling Will Have The Necessary Water, Chemical And Uv Resistance To Be Suitable For The Application And Location. • Repairing The Existing Cabling, Signals, Fuses Or Connectors In The Alsb To Operate The Wall Valves. • Preparing And Transferring As-Built File
