The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Conclude An Agreement With One Contractor For The Supply, Installation, Support And (Full) Service Of A High-Resolution Mass Spectrometry (Hrms) System. The Contract Will Be Awarded To The Tenderer Who Offers The Best Price-Quality Ratio Over The Technical Life Of The System. With This System, Aqualysis Wants To Expand Its Laboratory Capacity To Obtain A More Complete Picture Of Water Quality By Enabling Target, Suspect And Non-Target Screening. The Assignment Relates To The Delivery Of One Hrms System That Meets The Specifications And Functionalities Described In Chapter 3.2 And The Schedule Of Requirements (Poe). The Estimated Value Of The Contract Is Expected To Exceed The European Threshold Value For Deliveries, Which Means That The Tender Will Take Place In Accordance With The Public Procurement Act 2012.
