Under Thisrequest For Proposals(“Rfp”), The City Of Vancouver (The “City”) Is Seekingproposalsfor Project Management Service From Companies That Are Qualified And Experienced In Providing Owners Representative Services For Fire Hall Replacement Projects Using The Integrated Project Delivery Method Andmeetingthe Requirements Stated In The Buyer Attachments Section Of The City’S Supplier Portal. Interested Parties (“Proponents”) Are Required To Respond To This Rfp In Accordance With The Instructions Set Forth In This Rfp. The Term Of The Contract Is Anticipated To Be Approximately Three (3)Years. The Itt Will Be Administered Through The City’S Electronic Procurement Portal (The “Supplier Portal”). Proposals May Only Be Submitted Via The Supplier Portal In The Format Requested By The City. Each Proponent Is Solely Responsible For Reviewing And Complying With Any Supplier Portal Terms And Conditions Which Apply To And Govern The Use Of The Supplier Portal.
