Basis Of Selection: This Is A Two Phase Selection Process. Bidders Responding To This Itt Are To Submit A Bid In Two Phases. Phase One Bids Cover Only The Qualifications And Experience Of The Bidders. Following Evaluation Of Phase One Bids, Bidders Are Advised Of Their Competitive Standing And Responsive Phase One Bidders Will Be Invited To Submit A Phase Two Bid. Phase Two Bids Cover The Pricing.
