On The Basis Of Art. 5, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Regulations For The Procedure For Entry And Maintenance Of The Central Professional Register Of The Builder, Issued By The Chamber Of Builders In Bulgaria, The Construction Is The Second Group: Construction Of The Transport Infrastructure. *Existing Situation: Trajanovi Vrata Tunnel On Am Trakia At Km 53+297 Was Put Into Operation In 1985 And Has The Following Technical Characteristics: Length Of Left Pipe - 685 M; Length Of The Right Pipe – 720 M; Number Of Active Strips - 3 Pcs. From 21.02.2025, A Technical Expertise Was Prepared For The Tunnel, Which Indicates The Main Problems That Reduce The Serviceability Of The Facility And Create Risks For Passing Motor Vehicles (Mpvs), As A Result Of The Poor Condition Of The Waterproofing And The Implementation Of Previous Repair Activities. *Identified Defects And Damages: The Designation Of The Tunnel Pipes Is Adopted According To The Increase In Mileage: **Right Pipe → Direction Sofia - Plovdiv; **Left Tube → Direction Plovdiv - Sofia. In Both Pipes, During The Last Repair, Ready-Made Reinforced Concrete Elements With A Height Of 240 Cm Were Inserted In The Lower Part Of The Piedrits, From Which Sprayed Concrete Was Filled Upwards Along The Entire Arch Part. *Left Pipe: Along The Entire Length Of The Pipe, In About 24 M, Transverse Cracks Have Formed, Covering The Entire Vault And Sometimes Going Down To The Sidewalks. There Are Unstable Pieces Of Concrete In Places Near The Cracks. During The Three Control Measurements Of The Distance From The Base Of One To The Base Of The Other Piedrite (Ie Between The Outer Edges Of The Pavements), The Following Results Were Obtained: - 12,440 Mm; - 12,048 Mm; - 12,217 Mm. The Difference Of Nearly 40 Cm, Possibly Resulting From Previous Repair Works, Is Serious And Warrants A More Cautious Approach Regarding The Tunnel Gauge. The Light Fixture Cables Are Hooked Right Into The Trim And This Makes Them Vulnerable. In The Three Control Measurements, The Maximum Difference In The Width Of The Item Was Recorded
