The Public Contract Will Be Implemented Through A Grant From The Project: Sustainable And Intelligent Urban Infrastructure For Activity, Healthy Lifestyle And Education On The Territory Of The City Of Burgas, With Which The Municipality Of Burgas Applied Under The Development Of Regions Program 2021 -2027 And Through Own Budget Funds Of The Municipality Of Burgas. The Project Aims To Implement Integrated Interventions That Change The Overall Structure Of The Territory Of Several Locations, Making The Integrated Connection Between The Urban Part, The Coast And The Lakes, Creating Conditions For A Better Living Environment And Development Of The Local Potential In The Territory Of The City Of Burgas. Taking Into Account The Large Scope Of The Project, The Contracting Authority Divides Its Implementation Into The Following Three Stages: Stage I - Alley Network, Childrens Playground And Corners For Rest And Recreation In The Central And Western Part Of The Upi Xxviii-1145 Pi With Identifier 07079.820.1251 Stage Ii - Urban Garden And Parking In The Northwestern Part Of The Upi Xxviii -1145 Pi With Identifier 07079.820.1251 And Alley Network, City Garden, Parking, Sports And Recreation Areas In Upi Xxvii-1145 Pi With Identifier 07079.820.1253 Stage Iii – Alley Network, City Garden, Parking, Recreation And Recreation Areas In The Eastern Part Of Upi Xxviii-1145 Pi With Identifier 07079.820.1251 Stage I - Subject Of This Order, Covers The Western And Central Part Of The Park, As Part Of The Pi With Identifier 07079.820.1251. This Stage Includes Part Of The Main Promenade, A Cycle Route And An Alley Network With A Variety Of Functional Areas Dedicated To Leisure, Recreation, Art And Play. The New Alley Network Of The Park Is Adapted To The Natural Unevenness Of The Terrain. By Designing Main And Secondary Avenues Following The Horizontals Of The Terrain, The Project Seeks To Provide The Maximum Number Of Accessible Routes. The Project Envisages The Transformation Of The Territory Into A Functional Park Environment With A Modern Approach And Functional, Visual, Spatial And Technical Binding Of All Project Proposals With The Existing Context.
