Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Zeven Municipality: New Construction Of The Gyhum Base Fire Department: Object Planning For Buildings And Interiors. The Aim Of The Project Is To Create A Functional, Economical And Sustainable Fire Station That Ensures A Safe, Modern And Mission-Oriented Infrastructure While Also Taking The Local Conditions Into Account. The New Building Will Provide The Gyhum Fire Department With Four Size 2 Vehicle Parking Spaces And Provide Sufficient Functional And Social Rooms For Around 60 Active Emergency Services And Around 15 Youth Fire Department Members. The Building Plot On Which The New Building Is To Be Built Is Owned By The Municipality Of Gyhum. It Is Made Available To The Zeven Municipality (Client), Which As The Client Is Responsible For Carrying Out The Project. The Subject Of This Award Procedure Are Services In The Service Profiles Of Property Planning For Buildings And Interior Spaces (§§ 34 Ff. Hoai). The Individual Planning Phases And The Exact Scope Of The Services To Be Provided Are Listed In Detail In The Service Description, Section I (Scope Of The Planning Services). The Spatial Program Forms The Basis For The Functional Structure Of The Building And Is Intended To Optimally Support The Fire Departments Work Processes. With The Award Of The Contract In The Present Award Procedure, The Client Initially Only Commissions The Services Including Service Phase 3 From The Scope Of Services In Accordance With Section I Of The Service Description. The Services Of Service Phases 4 Ff. Can Be Commissioned Optionally. Further Details On This Are Regulated In Section 4 Of The Architects Contract (Part C Of The Tender Documents).
