not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed 14 M&L for RCC M25 (Design mix) Beams, cantilevers, lintels, columns pillars, piers, posts, struts, chullah hoods, stair case, arches, domes, vaults, shell roofs, arch ribs, folded plates, slabs, balconies, canopies, deck slabs etc. or in similar articles upto 5th floor level complete all as specified and directed 15 M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed. 16 M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide including preparation of steel surface over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed. 17 M&L for PCC (1:3:6), 50mm thick using 20mm crushed stone aggregateas in PCC path/ plinth protection finished the surfaces even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 18 M&L for loose filling with broken stone boulders aggregates of gauge 40 to 80 mm in soakage pits, soakage wells complete all as specified and as directed. 19 M&L for loose filling with broken stone aggregates of size 5-10 mm in soakage pits, soakage wells complete all as specified and as directed. 20 M&L incl spreading and levelling in layers of coarse sand of size (1.5 mm to 2.0 mm) all as specified. in soakage pits, soakage wells complete all as specified and as directed. 21 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m complete all as specified and directed. 22 M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed. 23 M&L for Flush pointing in CM 1:3 to brick walls or on edge complete all as specified and directed. 24 S&F 70mm thick SFRC Factory made drain covers with perforations and with MS frame of flat iron minimum 1.25mm thick complete all as specified and directed. 25 Demolition of Brick walling, stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc and pre-cast block walling etc complete all as specified and directed. 26 Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) etc complete all as specified and directed. 27 Demolition of Concrete reinforced of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed 28 M&L for brick work in cement mortar (1:6) using sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6.0 m mean radius complete all as specified and directed. 29 All as per item no 28 above butusing old bricks complete all as specified and directed. 30 M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in coping including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. 31 M&L for RCC 1:2:4 nominal mixusing 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in Drain cover (pre cast) complete all as specified and directed. 32 Supply and laying 600 mm Reinforced Concrete pipes class NP3 laid and jointed complete with collers complete all as specified and as directed. 33 Supplying and Laying Precast RCC Culvert havingwall th (150mm -200 mm) including reinforcement ,joint filling with cement concrete (size -1.2m x1 .2m x1m ) and having wt passing Capacity(2.5 to 15 ton ) complete all as specified and as directed. 34 M&L for cleaning of blockage in existing Drainage lines of 450mm to 600mm dia by rodding from one end to next end and washing through in fresh water including removing all sludge/Mud from the Drainage lines and disposing off sludge/mudoutside the defence land (area specified by the municipal corporation for disposal)complete all as specified and directed.Note :- Cost of all T & P required is included in quoted rate. 35 M&L for cleaning of blockage in existing Drainage line including removing all Mud/grass/debris from the drainage lines and disposing off mudoutside the defence land and maintain slop of drain complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Cost of all T & P required is included in quoted rate. 36 Excavation in soft/loose soil in trenches n. exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, well, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed. 37 M&L for removing excavated soil to a distance N. exc 50 metreand depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. 38 M&L for Drilling pilot bore hole of 150 mm dia by rotary method (Direct/reverse) through rig machine for injection well in any kind of soil strata or rock including disposal of surplus soil/rock to a distance not exceeding 50 metre complete all asspecified including deploying required rig machinery , T&P , equipment etc, complete including transporting of all materials like rig machine , tools & plants , collection of log samples (drilling /cutting ) and to maintain drill time log bookcomplete all as specified and directed.(For 02 bore holes). 39 M&L for Reaming of 150mm pilot bore hole to 300 mm bore with direct circulation rig machine / reverse rotary circulation method in any kind of strata of soil /rock from ground level to 100 Metre depth below ground level complete all as specified and directed. (For 02 bore holes) 40 Note for Item No. 1 & 2 :-(i)The following activities are to be carried out and reports as mentioned to be submitted by the contractor which is deemed included in the rates quoted:-(a)Taking the sample of strata at every 3.0 m interval and every change in strata and preparation of litho logs based on these samples. (Cost of provn of sample strata box of size 1200x750x100 mm of specifications as directed by GE shall be deemed included in the quoted rates).(b) Preparation of drill time log and submitting to department. (ii) The change in upper or lower limit of depth of boring from ground level with a particular dia drill will not amount to any deviation and rates quoted against these items is only applicable even if drilling depth varies from Sch and nothing extra admissible on this account. 41 Supply, assembling, jointing, lowering and fixing in position PVC plain casing pipe, heavy duty of size 150mm dia with wall thickness 7.5 to 8.5 mm conforming to IS-4985 having male threads at spigot end and female threads at socket end screwed and socket type in all jointing accessories complete all as specified and as directed. 42 Supply assembling, jointing, lowering and fixing in position PVC screen casing pipe, heavy duty of size 150mm dia having slot of size 1.5 mm wall thickness 7.5 to 8.5 mm conforming to IS-4985 having male threads at spigot end and female threads at socket end screwed and socket type in all jointing accessories complete all as specified and directed. 43 S&F PVC bail plug assembly suitable for 150mm nominal bore PVC casing pipe internally threaded and jointed with casing pipe complete all as specified and as directed . 44 S&FMid steel housing clamps 1050 mm long 200mm wide made out of 12 mm thick MS plate made to shape for 300 mm bore casing pipe with necessary bolts , nuts and washers at ground level complete all as specified and as directed. 45 S&F PVC well cap 8 mm thick, Suitable for 150 mm bore , having internal threads complete all as specified and as directed. 46 M&L for Development of injection bore well by using air compressor of suitable capacity for removing the drilling mud and finer sediments in the surrounding of borewell screens complete all as specified and as directed (8 hours for each well ) 47 Supply and packing pea gravel of size 2 mm to 5 mm all around casing pipe and slotted pipe complete all as specified and as directed. 48 S&F PVC cross of size 150 mm with 100 mm branches heavy duty having internal thread complete all as specified and directed. 49 S&FPVC screened collector pipe having slot of 1.5 mm size heavy duty of size 100 mm dia complete all as specified and directed
