Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately). 14 M&L for cement concrete type C-1 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection and paving 75mm thick laid in slope finished even and fair without using extra cement incl making joints every 2.5m and corner filled with bitumen 85/25 complete all as specified. 15 M&L for25mm thick Cement concrete in sub base for receiving floor tiles and mass concrete using Type B-1,1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.Note:- Finishing surfaces of concrete to be even and rough to receive the topping layer or floor tiles etc 16 M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-0, (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions as in padding on roof, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.(Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately) 17 M&L liquid water proofing treatment to RCC roof slabin following procedure :(a) M&L forliquid water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab incl dismantling of existing water proofing treatment with existingAPP sheet ,plaster , mud fuskas,brick tiles etc of any description in following procedure:-(b) Prepare the surface by cleanining with concrete surface grinder/ wire brush and a high pressure water jet and ensure that it is free of dust, oil and loose particles. Damaged portions, hollow area must be repaired with epoxy mortar and repair cracks of old concrete by cutting V groove, corners and joints of drain pipes, channels etc. treated with epoxy mortar prepared with epoxy primer (as per manufacturers instructions).(c) Laying 10mm thick rendering in Cement mortar 1:3 with liquid water proofing compound (as per manufacturer’s instructions) on fair faces of concreteroof surfaces, finished even and fair to receive treatment on roof Complete (d) Applying three coats of polyurea waterproofing coating as per manufacturers instructions for maintaining minimum dry film thickness 1.5mm and elongation at break of free film of approx. 500% ± 50% and tensile strength at 14 days of 5MPa.(e)The materials shall be applied with brush or roller, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge / Consultant. (Note:- minimum 6 hrs interval between two coat shall be maintained)(f) All auxiliary and accessories involved during application should be supplied by single manufacturer as a part of system.Note:- (i) Work to be carried out by authorized applicator and as per manufacturer’s instructions.(ii) Providing test with filling of water for continuous 48 hours if there is any leakage than entire treatment will be done again by contractor without any additional cost.(iii) The rate includes for filling cracks in existing roof with epoxy cement mortar using suitable bonding agent before laying cement plaster. 18 Dismantlingfloor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises and removing the debris outside from defence land complete all as specified and directed . 19 M&L for 20mm thick granite (pure black) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs pillars, window cills ,cooking platform and like including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigments to match with shade or granite over including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layerin cement mortar 1:6etc complete all as specified and directed.Note:- The stone slab shall be in one piece over kitchen plateform,window cill and making gas pipe holes 25mm dia with rounded holes and all open edges to be half rounded. 20 M&L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface such as dado etc 450mmX 350mmX 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of the tiles over and including 10mm thick rough cement plaster to receive tiles in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-The texture ,colour ,Shade of tiles & laying of tiles to any pattern & any design with one or more colours shall be approved by GE 21 S&F joint free non skid coloured Ceramic tiles 07mm to 08mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.Note:-The texture ,colour ,Shade of tiles & laying of tiles to any pattern & any design with one or more colours shall be approved by GE and Rates also including in this item for necessary raking circular cutting or notching and waste on tiles. 22 S&F joint free non skid coloured Ceramic tiles 07-08 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.Note:-The texture ,colour ,Shade of tiles & laying of tiles to any pattern & any design with one or more colours shall be approved by GE and Rates also including in this item for necessary raking circular cutting or notching and waste on tiles. 23 S&F joint free non skid Ceramic tiles, coloured 7mm to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm in vertical/skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to matchincluding 10mm thick backing coat/redering in cement mortar 1:4 for fixing of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.Note:-The texture ,colour ,Shade of tiles & laying of tiles to any pattern & any design with one or more colours shall be approved by GE 24 Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc.& Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sqmetrecomplete all as specified and directed. 25 M&L for non abrasive paving (endura) tiles 300mm x 300mm x10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement over & including 15mm screed bed CM 1:4 to match complete al as specified and directed. Note:-The texture ,colour ,Shade of tiles & laying of tiles to any pattern & any design with one or more colours shall be approved by GE 26 Demolition of Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams staircases, landing, cooking platform ,chajjas, & similar suspended work cement concrete is reinforced (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) and disposal of debris out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed.Note:- Demolition will be done only by mechanical cutter only . 27 M&L for RCC type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded aggregate in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, blaconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves complete all as specified and as directed. water proofing compound (as per manufacturer’s instructions) on fair faces of brick work ,concrete surface of wall, fin, facia, chajjas, parapet and similar article finished surface even and smooth without using extra cementincluding necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgs if required complete all as specified and as directed.(Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately) 32 M&L for preparation of newly plastered external surfaces of wall andapplying Two or more coats of 100%Acrylic smooth exterior paint (Weather coat),Premium quality having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade with silicon additives @ 1.79 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm(weather proof/weather coat) without any brush marks on the surface in any colour over and including 1 to1.5mm thick water proof cement based wall care putty and necessary scaffolding up to three storeys height of bldgs, Shade/colour shall be approved by GE, all painted areas site to be cleaned and hand over as earlier without any extra cost to Govt complete all as specified and as directed. 33 M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on external surfaces of wallandapplying Two or more coats of 100%Acrylic smooth exterior paint (Weather preparation of newly plastered internally surfaces of wall and applying min 1.5 mm thick wall care putty on the surfaces & making the surface absolutely smooth surface and applying one coat of primer (as per manufacturer’s recommendations) on the surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion finished without any brush marks on the surface in any colour including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgsif required ,Shade/colour shall be approved by GE,all painted areas site to be cleaned and hand over as earlier without any extra cost to Govt complete all as specified and as directed. 36 M&L for complete removal of existing treatment internally surface of wall and applying min 1.5 mmthick wall care putty on the surfaces and making surface absolutely smooth and applying one coat of primer (as per manufacturer’s recommendations) on the surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion without any brush marks on the surface in any tint including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgs if required ,Shade/colour shall be approved by GE,complete all as specified and as directed. 37 M&L for Rendering 5mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:3) in ceiling complete all as specified and as directed. 38 M&Lfor preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash without any brush marks on the surface including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgsif required complete all as specified and as directed. 39 M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from ceiling surface and applying three coat of white wash on undecorated surfaces without any brush marks on the surface including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgs if required complete all as specified and as directed. 40 M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified &
