Tender For Welcome Maintenance/ Internal Periodical Of Md Accommodation Of Icchamati Lines, Maynamati Lines And Otm Accommodation In Rrrcin The Area Of Age B/R-1 Under Ge (Central) Delhi Cantt.; 1 Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick stone or concrete walls surfaces including raking out joints hacking for keys scrubing down with water etcup to 10m height complete all as specified and directed. 2 M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cementcomplete. 3 M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 on ceiling other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished without using extra cementcomplete. 4 M&L for Preparation of new surfaces (Plastered or un-plastered) of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat ofwall care putty complete all as specified. 5 M&L preparing newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed. 6 Complete removal of existing treatment by scraping, rubbing , brooming down,washing with water etc of old decorated surfaces plastered or unplastered surface of wall and applying two coat of oil bond distemper over one coat of putty on wall complete all as spcefied and as directed by Engr-in-charge. 7 M&L preparation of Old or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified 8 M & L for preparation of Old or previously untreated wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer 9 Dismantling of wall and ceiling/cup board board fibre pulp AC boards etc any thickness including cover fillets as necessary at site including frame work 10 M and L Providing & Fixing False ceiling with semi perforated 12mm thcik micro tegular edged at all heights with GRG (Glass Fibre reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of size 595x595mm of approved texture, design and pattern having moisture content less than 2%,humidity resistance of 99%, NRC0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987, Noncombustible as per BS 475 (part-4)-1970 and light Code Description unit rate No 429 SUB HEAD :26.0 NEW TECHNOLOGIES AND MATERIAL reflectance of 85% minimum to be laid in true horizoatal level suspended on interlocking metel T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanised @ 120 grams oer sqm including both sides) comprising of main-T runners of size 15x32mm of length 3000mm, vross-T of size 15x32mm of lenght 1200mm amd secondry itermediate cross-T of size 15x32 of lenght 600mm to form grid module of size 600x600mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanising @ 80 grams per sqm) ie. 50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x24x0.40 mm of length 3000mm to be fixed on perimeter wall/partition with the help of plastic rawl pluhs at 450mm center to center and 40mm long dry wall screws. The work shall be carried out as per specification, drawing and as per direction of the Engineer-incharge 11 Demolition Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premiseof stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floor apron etc complete all as specified and directed. 12 M & L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles of size 300x300x 7-8mm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurryas per manufacturers instructions and pointed in white/ coloured cement, laid over and including cement screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified. 13 M & L for coloured ceremic tiles of size 600 x 600 x 9-10mm thick as in floor over 15mm thick screed bed 1:6 in cement mortar, set and jointed in white cement with pigment to match all as specified and directed. 14 M & L ceremic tiles coloured of size 600 x 100 mm x 9-10 mm thick on vertical surfaces as in skirting etc over 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4, set and jointed in white cement with pigment to match all as specified and directed. 15 M&L for glazed ceremic colour tiles (600x300x7mm) thick, in vertical surface etc set and jointed in neat slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with tiles including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed. 16 S & F in repair for Aluminium drapery Rod 25mm dia Powder Coated including wooden side caps, brackets, and rings @ 120mm c/c complete all as approved by Engineer-in-chareg
