and directed 3 M&L for Spray painting to motor and pump set of 12.5 HP capacity incl foundation frame with one coat of synthetic enamelled paintetc all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. 4 M&L for Spray painting to motor and pump set of 5 HP capacity incl foundation frame with one coat of synthetic enamelled paintetc all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. 5 M&L Rewinding of motor of centrifugal pump set of12.5 HP capacity by using super enamelled copper wire of suitable gauge to match with the existing including varnishing, drying,and replacement of UNSV parts of existing size/approved make such asbearing of appropriate size, nuts, bolts and washers,packing , etc complete all as directed. 6 M&L Rewinding of motor of centrifugal pump set of5 HP capacity by using super enamelled copper wire of suitable gauge to match with the existing including varnishing, drying,and replacement of UNSV parts of existing size/approved make such asbearing of appropriate size, nuts, bolts and washers,packing , etc complete all as directed. 7 Dismantling existing tanks of exc 500 litres and not exc 1000 litres capacity and removing to stores or disposed off unserviceable tanks 8 Dismantling existing tanks of exc 1000 litres and not exc 2000 litres capacity and removing to stores or disposed off unserviceable tanks 9 Dismantling existing tanks of5000 litres capacity and removing to stores or disposed off unserviceable tanks 10 Supply and Fixing of 500 ltrs capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks,Triple layers (cylindrical vertical with closed top) as per IS-12701-1996 hoisted and fixed in position all as specified and as directed. 11 Supply and Fixing of 1000 ltrs capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks ,Tripe layers (cylindrical vertical with closed top) as per IS-12701-1996 hoisted and fixed in position all as specified and as directed. 12 Supply and Fixing of 2000 ltrs capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks ,Tripe layers (cylindrical vertical with closed top) as per IS-12701-1996 hoisted and fixed in position all as specified and as directed. 13 Supply and Fixing of 5000 ltrs capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks ,Tripe layers (cylindrical vertical with closed top) as per IS-12701-1996 hoisted and fixed in position all as specified and as directed. 14 Taking up or down 25/32mm steel or CPVC tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store 15 Taking up or down 40/50mm steel or CPVC tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store 16 Re fixing old steel Tubing and connections in new or old positions 25 mm dia, with all tube fittings (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, backnuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions, etc.) and fixing complete with clips, wall hooks, wooden plugs, or laying in trenches, etc., fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors. 17 S&F of CPVC pipes SDR 11 & plain CPVC SDR 11, 32 mm outer dia, with all tube fillings (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, backnuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions, etc.) and fixing complete with clips, wall hooks, wooden plugs, or laying in trenches, etc., fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors. 18 S&F of CPVC pipes SDR 11 & plain CPVC SDR 11, 40 mm outer dia, with all tube fillings (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, backnuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions, etc.) and fixing complete with clips, wall hooks, wooden plugs, or laying in trenches, etc., fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors. 19 S&F in Repairs Gun Metal Globe or Gate Valves 20 mm dia size, with iron wheel head or any type, screwed both ends for iron pipe. 20 All as per above item No 19 but of 25 mm size 21 S&F in Repairs CPVC ball valve (stop valve) suitable for25 mm outerdia CPVC pipe 22 S&F in Repairs CPVC ball valve (stop valve) suitable for32 mm outerdia CPVC pipe 23 Supply and Fixingin repair of 25 mm bore Ball b valve high pressure,PTMTwith epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed ,all as specified and as directed. 24 M & Lcomplete removal of old painting and Painting of outside surface of RCCOver head water tank of 1 lakh ltr capacity approx. hight of 18 M from ground level . Including all arrangement of scaffolding work ,safety tools. Painting ofoutside two coat of Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm including 2 coat of synthrtic enamel paint on steel surfaces complte all specified and directed.
