4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide The Service Of Maintaining The Cleanliness Of The External Areas Of The Property. 4.2. The Ordering Party Divides The Order Into Parts As Provided Below: 4.2.1. Part 1 - Task 1: Entitled Maintaining The Cleanliness Of The Propertys External Areas1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Contractors Services In The Field Of Cleaning And Maintaining The Cleanliness Of The External Areas Of The Property, I.E. Parking Lots, Sidewalks, Driveways, Gate Passages, Stairs To Buildings And Sidewalks Around The Properties Belonging To The Municipal Office In Pabianice. 2. Place Of Performance Of The Contract 1) Ul. Zamkowa 16, 2) Ul. Gabriela Narutowicza 33, 3) Ul. Saint Jana 4, 4) Ul. Saint Jana 10.5) Ul. Tadeusza Kościuszki 18 (Only Placing Containers For Municipal And Sorted Waste On The Dates Specified By The Waste Recipient And Maintaining Cleanliness In The Place Where The Containers Are Placed), 6) Ul. Tadeusza Kościuszki 22/26 (Only Placing Containers For Municipal And Sorted Waste On The Dates Specified By The Waste Recipient And Maintaining Cleanliness In The Place Where The Containers Are Placed). The Works Are To Be Performed In Designated Areas By The Client In Accordance With Annex No. 1 To The Opz. 3. Scope Of Services Cleaning And Maintenance Services Include: 1) Daily Cleaning Of Communication Routes (Sidewalks, Accesses To Buildings, Stairs To Buildings, Driveways, Gate Passages And Parking Lots), Including Cleaning Of Bird Droppings And Washing The Surfaces After Them; 2) Raking Leaves And Removing Them, Mowing Grass On Lawns And Removing Self-Seeding Trees In Front Of Buildings, Weeding Lawns And Parking Lots If Necessary; 3) Each Time After Snowfall Or Black Ice (Without Additional Request From The Ordering Party), Clearing Snow, Removing Ice, Sprinkling Sand On Communication Routes (Sidewalks, Accesses To Buildings, Stairs To Buildings, Driveways, Gate Passages And Parking Lots); 4) Placing Containers For Municipal And Sorted Waste On Dates Resulting From The Schedule Specified By The Waste Recipient. 4. Frequency Of Service. Outdoor Cleaning Services Will Be Performed Regularly On Working Days From Monday To Friday, From 6:00 A.M. To 8:00 A.M., With The Possibility Of Adjusting The Hours Depending On Weather Conditions Or The Needs Of The Client. In The Event Of Special Circumstances (E.G. Heavy Rainfall, Holidays, Outdoor Events), Work May Also Be Performed At Other Hours If Necessary, As Well As On Saturdays And Sundays After Consultation With The Client.
