The Ordering Party, The Rudniki Commune, Conducts Proceedings On Behalf Of Public Primary Schools In The Rudniki Commune. The Offered Fuel Oil Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Polish Standard Pn-C-96024: 2020-12 Petroleum Products. Fuel Oils. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide With Each Delivery A Legible Copy Of The Fuel Oil Quality Certificate (Certificate) Confirmed By The Contractor As Being Consistent With The Original And Proof Of Issue For The Delivered Oil. Heating Oil. The Unit Price Of Heating Oil During The Term Of The Contract Will Be Each Time Determined As The Net Price Of Heating Oil Applicable To The Oil Producer (Published On The Manufacturers Website On The Day Of Delivery), Increased By The Amount Of The Margin And Reduced By The Contractors Discount In Accordance With The Submitted Offer. The Amount Of The Discount And Margin Is Constant Throughout The Duration Of The Contract And Corresponds To The Value Indicated By The Contractor In The Offer Submitted And Accepted By The Ordering Party. In The Event Of A Change In The Net Price Of Fuel Oil, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Printout From The Manufacturers Website On The Date Of Delivery Confirming The Price Increase Or Reduction. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Take A Sample From Each Batch Of Delivered Fuel, Which In The Event Of A Complaint Will Constitute Material Evidence Subject To Laboratory Analysis.
