The Subject Of The Order Includes Services In The Field Of: 1) 24-Hour Readiness To Perform The Subject Of The Contract, And In The Case Of Pets, Searching For An Owner For Homeless Animals, Promoting Them For Adoption - Independently Or In Cooperation With Non-Governmental Organizations Whose Statutory Goal Is To Protect Animals; 2) Catching Wild And Homeless Animals From The Jasienica Commune Along With Providing Them With A Place In An Animal Shelter (Including Pets Should Be Subjected To Vaccination, Deflea Treatment, Deworming, Mandatory Sterilization, Castration And Electronic Marking Of Animals Staying In The Shelter For More Than 14 Days): A) Pets (Cat, Dog), B) Wild Animals, Mammals Weighing Up To 10 Kg, C) Wild Animals, Mammals Weighing More Than 10 Kg, D) Birds, E) Reptiles, Amphibians; 3) Ensuring 24-Hour Veterinary Care In Cases Of Road Accidents Involving Animals, Including Caught Wild Animals - Sick, Hit, In Need Of Help, And Located In Municipal Roads Or In Their Vicinity, The Following Should Be Transported To An Animal Rehabilitation Center/Shelter For Wild Animals (With Which The Contractor Should Conclude An Appropriate Agreement): A) Domestic Animals (Cats, Dogs), B) Wild Animals, Mammals Weighing Up To 10 Kg, C) Wild Animals, Mammals Weighing Over 10 Kg, D) Birds, E) Reptiles, Amphibians; 4) Catching A Free-Living Cat And Transporting It To A Veterinary Point Located In The Commune Jasienica, With Which The Ordering Party Has Concluded A Separate Agreement, In Order To Perform Sterilization/Neutering; 5) Adding Dead Litters; 6) Catching Homeless Farm Animals From The Jasienica Commune Or Taking Away Farm Animals From The Owner And Transporting These Animals To The Farm Indicated By The Ordering Party In Order To Provide Them With Care.
