1. The Subject Of The Order Are Postal Services Consisting Of: A) Sending And Delivering Unregistered And Registered Postal Items In Domestic And Foreign Traffic, Both Priority And Economical S, M, L Formats; B) Sending And Delivering Postal Items With Acknowledgment Of Receipt, Both Priority And Economical, S, M, L Formats; C) Sending And Delivering Courier Parcels; D) Returning Postal Items To The Ordering Party After Exhausting The Possibilities Of Delivering Them To The Addressees. The Subject Of The Order Concerns The Provision Of Postal Services Consisting In Accepting Letter Items, Postal Parcels, Including Registered Items And Courier Items (Hereinafter Referred To As Parcels), In Domestic And Foreign Traffic, Transporting And Delivering Them To Addressees, Making Possible Returns Of Undelivered Items, Conducting Complaint Proceedings, In Accordance With The Act Of November 23, 2012, Postal Law. The Amounts Of Correspondence Sent By The Ordering Party Are Estimates. The Actual Number Of Services Provided Will Depend On The Needs Of The Ordering Party, And Specifying The Maximum Nominal Value In The Contract Cannot (In The Event Of Smaller Needs) Be The Basis For Claims From The Contractor. The Ordering Party Informs That The Contract Will Be Completed In 50% In Relation To The Quantities Specified In Annex No. 1A To The Swz. 2. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: Postal Items Which Are The Subject Of The Order Include The Following Items:  Ordinary, Unregistered Letter - Understood As An Unregistered Item That Is Not The Fastest Category;  Ordinary, Unregistered Priority Letter – Understood As An Unregistered Item Of The Fastest Category;  Ordinary, Priority, Unregistered Foreign Letter - Understood As An Unregistered Item Of The Fastest Category In Zone A;  Registered Letter – Understood As A Registered Item That Is Not The Fastest Category Item;  Priority Registered Letter – Understood As A Registered Item Of The Fastest Category;  Registered Letter With Acknowledgment Of Receipt - Is Understood As A Registered Item That Is Not The Fastest Category Item Accepted With Confirmation Of Posting And Delivery With Acknowledgment Of Receipt;  Priority Registered Letter With Acknowledgment Of Receipt - Is Understood As A Registered Item Of The Fastest Category Accepted With Acknowledgment Of Posting And Delivery With Acknowledgment Of Receipt;  Foreign Registered Priority Letter With Acknowledgment Of Receipt - Is Understood As A Registered Item Being The Fastest Category Item Accepted With Confirmation Of Posting And Delivery With Acknowledgment Of Receipt In Zone A;  Courier Item - Understood As A Letter Item Which Is A Registered Item Or A Postal Parcel, Accepted, Sorted, Moved And Delivered In A Way That Ensures: Direct Receipt Of The Item From The Sender, - Tracking Of The Postal Item From The Moment Of Posting To Delivery, Delivery Of The Item Within The Guaranteed Time Specified In The Regulations For The Provision
