The Municipality Of Halderberge Intends To Conclude A Framework Agreement With One Software Broker. This Software Broker Acts As An Intermediary And Strategic Partner And Acts As An Expert And Advocate Towards The Software Market. The Software Broker Supports The Municipality In Realizing A Future-Proof, Transparent And Manageable Application Landscape That Matches The Size, Needs And Strategic Direction Of The Organization. The Municipality Of Halderberge Currently Uses Various Standard Applications. These Are Included In Appendix 3 Of The Tender Documents. The Software Broker Must Be Able To Supply All This Software, If Authorized By The Relevant Manufacturer. The Estimated Order Value Is Approximately € 1,500,000.00 Excl. Vat Per Year. However, This Is An Indication. No Rights Can Therefore Be Derived From This. This Assignment Has A Maximum Value Of €15,000,000 Excluding Vat Over The Entire Term, Including Extension Options. If This Maximum Value Is Reached Within The Contract Term, The Agreement Will Automatically Terminate Upon Reaching The Aforementioned Maximum Value Of € 15,000,000 Excluding Vat. The Limit On The Size Of The Agreement Is Separate From The Term. The Agreement Can Therefore End Earlier If The Maximum Size Has Been Reached.
