Establishing The Need For Changes (If Applicable) In The Project Before Developing The Project In The Next Phase; Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Working Project Phase For The Facility In Accordance With Ordinance No. 4 Of 21.05.2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects, Zut And The By-Laws On Its Implementation; Assistance In The Conformity Assessment Of The Completed Project And Its Subsequent Approval By Providing The Necessary Data And Information; Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works (C&M) And Any Other Accompanying And Related Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of C&M, In Accordance With The Regulatory Requirements And The Scope And Content Of The Approved Project; Carrying Out Copyright Supervision Under Zut, Incl. Elaboration Of Details During Construction, Which Are Impossible To Be Elaborated In The Stage Of Investment Design, Technical Solutions, Refinements And Amendments Of The Project, Technological Control And Assistance In Putting The Site Into Operation; Preparation Of Executive Documentation, Cadastral Surveying Of The Entire Construction And Provision Of Data To The Relevant Office Of Geodesy, Cartography And Cadastre According To Art. 54A Para. 2 Of The Law On Cadastre And Land Registry; Preparation Of: Commissioning Program For Conducting Single And 72-Hour Tests Before Putting The Site Into Operation; Site Maintenance And Operation Manual, Incl. Equipment Maintenance Plan; Training Of The Staff Of The Contracting Authority, Monitoring And Support Of The Operation And Maintenance Of The Facility; Handover Of The Object And Its Acceptance By The Contracting Authority, With A Document Model 15 Under Ordinance No. 3 Of July 31, 2003 For Drawing Up Documents And Protocols During Construction And A Certificate Of Acceptance By The Engineer; Commissioning Of The Facility With Protocol Form 16 Under Ordinance No. 3 Of July 31, 2003 For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction; Period For Notification And Removal Of Defects - Monitoring Of Processes, Reaching The Design Parameters And Assisting The Personnel In The Operation And Maintenance Of The Newly Built Elements Of The Object; Removal Of Identified Defects At The Contractors Expense. According To The Conceptual Design, The Order Includes The Reconstruction And New Construction Of Water Supply Networks In The Town Of Lyaskovets. A Performance Of About 1.5 Km Is Planned. Water Supply Network (More Detailed Information Is Available In The Attached Conceptual Design), As Well As About 3.2 Km. Sewage Network.
