The Total Estimated Value For The Supply Of Medical Devices, Consumables And Laboratory Reagents For A Clinical Laboratory, Incl. Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement Up To Bgn 80853.00 Without Vat For Separate Item No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11. The Planned Supplies Are Divided Into 14 Separate Items, Of Which The Present Public Procurement Provides For The Award Of Separate Items From No. 1 To No. 11, Inclusive. According To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Civil Procedure Code, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Award Individual Items In The Order Valid For The Individual Estimated Value Of Each Of Them, Provided That The Value Of The Respective Individual Item Does Not Exceed Bgn 156,464.00 For Supplies And Services, And The Total Estimated Value Of The Individual Items Awarded In This Way Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order. In These Cases, Regardless Of The Residual Value Of The Order, It Is Awarded In The Order Applicable To The Total Estimated Value Of The Entire Order.
