Tenders are invited for Consultant Partnership Policy and Operationalization Framework AIDA, hosted by Oxfam, aims to enhance cross-coordination among project stakeholders by developing a formal Partnership Policy and Operationalization Framework informed by: · Survey on best practices of partnership between INGOs and local/national NGOs · Endline assessment results · Workshops and validation consultations with WB and GS NGOs The consultancy will synthesize these findings to produce practical, evidence-based guidance for strengthening partnership practice Objective of the Assignment: The objective of the assignment is to develop a Partnership Policy and its Operationalization Framework that should contribute to strengthens collaboration between INGOs and local/national NGOs and providing practical guidance for operationalization of partnerships. Interested consultant is required to submit a complete [English Language] technical proposal articulating the approach and methodology meeting requirements outlined in this ToR. Including, CV demonstrating relevant experience, and two references from similar policy or operational framework development assignments.
