For The Osnabrück District Center, Which Was Built In The Early 1980S, It Was Determined That The Building Needed To Be Extensively Renovated, Resulting From Changed Requirements For The Building Or Changed Legal Framework Conditions And Regulations. The Osnabrück District Is Therefore Planning A Comprehensive Renovation And Modernization Of Its District Headquarters. Core Hole Drilling The Following Minimum Requirements Apply To The Suitability (Performance) Of The Bidders: * Annual Turnover For The Last Three Years: At Least Eur 1,500,000 Per Year * Total Number Of Employees: At Least 10 * At Least One Completed Reference Project With A Contract Value Of At Least Eur 500,000 (Net)
