Prior Information Notice For Railway-Track Maintenance Services – Framework Agreement Intended For The Maintenance Of The Metro And Pre-Metro Tracks Of The Stib Rail Network. This Assignment Concerns A Framework Agreement Intended For The Maintenance Of The Stib Metro And Pre-Metro Tracks. The Intended Performances Will Be Carried Out Above Ground And In Tunnels, Mainly At Night (Daytime And Weekend Performances Are Also Possible). These Performances Include: - The Renewal Of Rails (Including Counter Rail And Contact Rail); - Cutting, Welding (Including Alumino-Thermal Welding), Drilling And Grinding; - Replacing Sleepers (Consecutive Or Not, In Wood, Concrete Or Synthetic Materials); - Renewing Fastening And Insulation Elements (Welding Plates, Base Plates, Keys, Clamping Plates, All Kinds Of Support Pieces, Protective Covers For Contact Rails, Etc.); - The Excavation, Replenishment And Leveling Of Ballast At The Level Of The Sleepers And Track Equipment (With A Possible Provision Of New Ballast, Which Could Also Be Borne By The Contractor); - Filling/Underfilling The Track (Including Track Equipment); - Separating Sleepers (In A Straight Line Or In A Curve); - The Corrections And Adjustment (Including Contact Rail And Counter Rail); - The Maintenance Of Expansion Joints Of The Contact Rail; - Metrological And Geometric Checks, Leveling Checks, Ultrasonic Checks, Checks On Fumes Emitted During Welding Work, Etc. This Contract Could Also Include The Following Services Or Services: - The Removal Of Old Materials And/Or Waste (Including Ballast/Gravel); - The Processing And Recycling Of Certain Removed/Broken-Up Materials From The Metro And Pre-Metro Network; - Cleaning The Tracks; - Loading/Unloading Rail Materials And Tools; - The Provision Of Construction Machines, Whether Or Not Rail-Road Vehicles, With Or Without Operator (Crane, Mini Excavator, Loading Machine, Tamping Machine, Etc.); - Construction On And Around The Track (Paving, Tiling, Etc.); - Other Specific Services At The Request Of Stibs Internal Services (Signalling, Projects, Energy, Etc.).
