Stationery – Framework Agreement For The Supply Of Office Consumables. The Lzn Is Responsible For The Procurement Of Goods And Services For The Direct Lower Saxony State Administration (See Section 2 Of The Lzn Operating Instructions). With The Consent Of Its Supervisory Authority, The Lzn Can Take On Further Tasks For Public Law Users Within And Outside The Lower Saxony State Administration As Well As For Private Law Companies Wholly Owned By The Public Sector (See § 3 Operating Instructions). In This Responsibility, The Order Includes The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement With A Company (Section 21 Vgv) For The Delivery Of Office Supplies. The Framework Agreement Should Be Concluded With A Contractor Who Can Deliver Both The Core Range Requested In The Service Description - Technical Part (Part B) Including The Offer Form And A Corresponding Peripheral Range. The Core Range Consists Of The Previously Accessed Articles And Free Text Orders. By Querying A So-Called Peripheral Range, It Will In Future Be Possible To Procure Items From The Future Contractors Portfolio That Go Beyond The Core Range. The Peripheral Range Only Includes Items From The Following Product Groups: - Organization And Filing - Folders - Folder Accessories - Staplers - Folders - Brochures And File Covers - Registers/Separating Agents - Organization Accessories - Rubber Bands - Pads/Staples/Folders - Foils - Sticky Notes - Writing And Correction - Around The Desk (Staplers, Staplers, Hole Punches, Writing Pads, Wastepaper Baskets) - Labels, Signage, Marking - Drawing Supplies - Moderation Needs - Presentation Needs - Adhesive Items - Stamp Accessories - Pilot Cases, Briefcases - Shipping Materials (Packing Tapes, Dispensers, Etc. Excluding Envelopes And Mailing Bags) In The Service Description - Technical Part (B) Including The Offer Form, A Uniform Discount Rate On The Marginal Range Is Requested. The Peripheral Range Must Be Submitted Using A Digital Dealer Catalog With Net Price Information Or An Item List With Net Price Information From The Bidder. The Scope Of The Actual Marginal Range Will Be Specified Between The Client And The Contractor After The Contract Has Been Awarded. The Items From The Core And Peripheral Range Are Posted In The Lzn Web Shop And Accessed As Online Orders. All Departments Of The Immediate Lower Saxony State Administration Including The Lower Saxony Islands, The Thuringian Ministry Of The Interior, Municipal Affairs And Regional Development (Tmikl) Including Subordinate Areas, The Thuringian Ministry Of Justice, Migration And Consumer Protection (Tmjmv) Including Subordinate Areas, The City Of Celle And The City Of Göttingen Including Branch Offices As Well As Various Municipalities In Accordance With The Appendix Overview Of Municipalities Are Entitled To Access.
