Engineering Services – Jičín Regional Hospital – Psychiatry Pavilion – Tds And Ohs Performance. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is To Ensure The Performance Of The Technical Supervision Of The Builder (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Tds) And The Coordinator Of Safety And Health Protection At Work (Hereinafter Referred To As Osh) During The Implementation Of The Work Entitled Regional Hospital Jičín - Psychiatry Pavilion - Construction Work In The Scope And Specification Given By The Project Documentation For The Execution Of The Construction, Developer Kania A.S., Špálova 809, 702 00 Ostrava - Přívoz, Lead Designer Ing. Ondřej Fabián, Which Is Annex No. 4 Of These Terms And Conditions. (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Pd Or Project Documentation) And The Provision Of Related Services. The Construction Works Consist Of The Demolition Of Existing Buildings And The Construction Of New Three-Story Buildings Connected By A Staircase (Medical Facilities), Including Two Underground Floors Intended For Parking And Technology. In Addition, Complete Infrastructure Will Be Built And Modified, Such As Roads, Ramps, Sewers (Rain And Sewage), Water And Gas Connections, Electrical And Low-Current Distribution (Including Substation And Data Networks) And Outdoor Lighting. The Project Also Includes Outdoor Improvements, Including Garden Improvements With Planting Greenery, Building Green Roofs, And An Exterior Amphitheater. The Subject Of The Work Also Includes Construction Improvements On Third-Party Land (Hereinafter Referred To As The Affected Land). All These Works Are Specified In The Project Documentation, Which Is Attached To This Tender Documentation. The Construction Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out These Works To The Full Extent And Quality According To The Project Documentation, And At The Same Time He Is Obliged To Discuss With The Owners Of The Land Concerned The Specific Method And Time Schedule Of The Implementation In Order To Enable Their Smooth Execution And At The Same Time To Respect The Rights Of The Owners Of The Land. All Costs Associated With The Execution Of These Works Are Included In The Inventory Of Construction Works, Supplies And Services, Including The Statement Of Dimensions. The Client Draws Attention To The Obligation To Comply With The Dnsh Requirements During Construction, Which Are Detailed In The Order Contract. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Further Specified In Detail In Annex No. 2 – Draft Contract And Annexes No. 4 And No. 5 – Construction Project Documentation And In The Inventory Of Construction Works, Supplies And Services, Including The Statement Of Measurements.
