System Quality Assurance Assessment And Review Services – Expansion Of The Existing Protection System For Industrial Process Systems - Phase 6 Heating. With This Project, Hep Toplinarstva D.O.O. (Hereinafter Referred To As The Obligor): (I) Conducts An Assessment Of The Obligors Compliance With The Requirements Of The Cybersecurity Act (Official Gazette 14/2024, Hereinafter: Zks), (Ii) Determines The Key Deficiencies Of The Information (It) And Operational (Ot) Systems Of Automation And Management With Regard To The Zks, The Related Regulation On Cybersecurity (Official Gazette 135/2024, Hereinafter Referred To As The Regulation), Under Legal Acts And Recognized Standards, Primarily Isa/Iec 62443 Cyber Security Of Industrial Automation And Control Systems In The Energy Sector, (Iii) Creates A Plan For The Implementation Of Measures To Achieve The Required Compliance Based Primarily On The Requirements Of Zks And The Regulation And On The Applicable Requirements Of The Standards Isa/Iec 62443 2-1, Isa/Iec 62443 3-3 And Iso/Iec 27001:2022 And (Iv) Implementation Of Security Measures And Countermeasures That Are Part Of A Comprehensive Cyber Security Program Obligor And (V) Establishes Continuous Monitoring And Resolution Of Security Incidents In Ot And It Systems.
