The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works For The Task Entitled: Construction Of The Rops Headquarters In Poznań Along With The Development Of The Property At Sporna Street, As Part Of The Project: Strengthening The Social Policy System In Greater Poland Rops Social Space Living Lab, Consisting Of: A. Performance Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation; B. Development Of As-Built Documentation After The Completion Of Construction Works; C. Obtaining All Required Acceptances And Decisions, Including A Decision On The Permit To Use The Facility; D. Digital Processing Of Paper As-Built Documentation. The Subject Of The Agreement Is Described In Detail In: A. Design Documentation; B. Specification Of Order Terms (Swz) C. Contract Template. At The Stage Of Carrying Out The Works, The Existing Impacts Will Be Minimized By The Following Actions: - Minimizing The Unfavorable Transformation Of The Area And Minimizing Waste Pollution By Ensuring Proper Waste Management, - In Terms Of Noise Protection - Carrying Out The Works Only During The Day (From 6:00 A.M. To 10:00 P.M.), Low-Noise, Energy-Saving Devices Will Be Used And, When Necessary, The Use Of Insulation, Silencers And Sound-Absorbing Covers Will Be Planned. - The Works Performed Will Not Cause Permanent Negative Changes In The Level Of Groundwater That Will Have A Harmful Effect On Neighboring Lands, - After The Investment Is Completed, The Area Will Be Tidied Up. The Ordering Party Informs That The Co-Financing Project Which The Ordering Party Intends To Use Implements The Polluter Pays Principle. This Means That Perpetrators Of Environmental Damage Will Bear The Costs Of Preventing This Damage Or Repairing Its Effects. During The Work Carried Out, Environmental Protection Regulations In The Field Of Polish And Eu Law, As Well As Environmental Protection Standards And Regulations, Will Be Complied With, In Accordance With The Principles Of Sustainable Development.
