Designing, Vetting Of Structural Drawings From Iit/ Nit For Construction Of Shed For Kabbadi Ground And Boxing Ring Adjacent To Basket Ball Court And Area As Per Drawing Uploaded And Clear Height Of 6 Mtr From Floor Level. 3. Flooring Inside The Shed Is To Be Laid In 52Mm Thick Cement Concrete Flooring With Concrete Hardener Topping, Under Layer 40 Mm Thick Cement Concrete 1:2:4 And Top Layer 12Mm Thick Cement Hardener Consisting Of Mix 1:2, Including Cost Of Cement Slurry And Curing Complete And Under Layer Of 75 Mm Thick Reinforced Cement Concrete Raft & 75 Mm Thick Mud Mat In 1:4:8 Mix. 4. The Sub Structure Shall Be Reinforced Cement Concrete M25 Grade And Super Structure Shall Be Steel Work In Built Up Tubular (Round, Square Or Rectangular Hollow Tubes Etc.) With 1.2 Mtr Height Railing Around Sheed And 0.6 Mtr Facia At Top As Per Vetted Design. 5. The Roofing Shall Be Provided With Insulated Hirib Colour Coated Iron Profile Sheets 0.47 Mm (+ 0.05 %) Total Painted Thickness With Under Layer Of 5 Mm Thick Prefixed Xlp Insulation With Aluminium Foil Having Minimum Yield Strenght Of 550 Mpa. Sheet Should Have Hot Dip Az-70 Coating Of Minimum 70Gsm/Sqm As Per Is 15961 And Total Coated Thickness Of 18-20 Micrins And Should Be Supplied In Single Length Upto 12 Metre Size, Shape And Pitch Of Corrugation As Approved By Engineer-In-Charge.
