Tender For Repair Of Pump Motor, Starter Panel, Sump Cleaning And Other Allied Works Under Age (I) Cg Noida; 1 Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of pipe, all complete as specified and directed. 2 Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed. 3 Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point, all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 4 Taking up or down galvanised water tubing (medium grade) with all fittings from trenches/walls/floors/ceilings and separating serviceable pipes and fittings for reuse in the work and removing unserviceable pipes and fittings from site of 25 mm bore tubing including removing rusted MS clamps from walls etc. (where necessary), complete all as specified and directed. 5 All as per item No. 4.00 hereinbefore but 40 mm bore tubing. 6 All as per item No. 4.00 hereinbefore but 50 mm bore tubing. 7 All as per item No. 4.00 hereinbefore but 65 mm bore tubing. 8 Taking up or down galvanised water tubing (medium grade) with all fittings from trenches/walls/floors/ceilings and separating serviceable pipes and fittings and lay galvanised steel water tubing (medium grade) complete with all fittings, fixed to wall and ceiling or laid in floors, including testing for 25 mm bore tubing, including replacing the rusted MS clamps on walls/ceilings etc., complete all as specified and directed. 16 All as per item No. 15.00 hereinbefore but 40 mm bore tubing. 17 All as per item No. 15.00 hereinbefore but 50 mm bore tubing. 18 All as per item No. 15.00 hereinbefore but 65 mm bore tubing. 19 S&F in repair/replacement ball valve, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball, screwed for iron pipe & fixed, of dia. 25 mm (min. wt. 455 gms), complete all as specified and directed. 20 M&L for cutting existing steel tubing for alterations or additions (each cut measured) for 25 mm bore tubing, complete all as specified and directed. 21 All as per item No. 20.00 hereinbefore but 40 mm bore tubing. 22 All as per item No. 20.00 hereinbefore but 50 mm bore tubing. 23 Screwing existing steel tubing for alterations or additions (or lengthening screw on pipe to form connector) for 25 mm bore tubing, complete all as specified and directed. 24 All as per item No. 23.00 hereinbefore but 40 mm bore tubing. 25 All as per item No. 23.00 hereinbefore but 50 mm bore tubing. 26 Supply, hoisting and fixing of multilayer, rotationally moulded polyethylene water storage tank of capacity 500 litres (cylindrical vertical with closed top) in existing position including necessary connections of pipes, complete all as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed. 27 All as per item No. 26.00 hereinbefore but of 1000 litre capacity. 28 M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in base foundation of pillar etc., complete all as specified and directed. 29 M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. 30 S&F in repairs sluice valve of type PN-1.6 and size 80 mm dia. with gun metal raising spindle, both ends flanged, with iron wheel head conforming to IS:14846-2000, and drilled with necessary holes for bolts including jointing material viz. nuts, bolts, rubber gaskets etc., complete all as specified and directed. 31 All as per item No. 30.00 hereinbefore but 100 mm dia. tubing. 32 All as per item No. 30.00 hereinbefore but 150 mm dia. tubing. 33 S&F in repair non-return valves with screwed both ends for galvanised iron pipe and fixed for 80 mm dia., complete all as specified and directed.Note: The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cutting, threading, insertion of union joint, nipple etc. for the required size of pipe. 34 M&L for construction of brick masonry valve pit with sub-class B bricks laid in cement mortar (1:6), of internal size 100 x 100 x 100 cm, with one brick walling and 150 x 150 x 10 cm base foundation in PCC (1:3:6), type C-2, including 10 mm thick cement plaster (1:4) on internal and exposed surfaces, providing MS cover of size 1 m x 1 m fabricated from 3 mm thick MS sheet with 40 x 40 x 5 mm angle iron framing on the cover as well as the top wall of the valve pit, painting the steel surfaces with two coats of first-quality synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, including all necessary earthwork and demolition of the existing old valve pit, complete as specified and directed. 35 All as per Item No. 34 hereinbefore but size 90 x 90 x 90 cm. 36 All as per Item No. 34 hereinbefore but size 60 x 60 x 60 cm. 37 Supply and fixing in repair of butterfly valve, lever operated CI 65 mm dia., complete all as specified and directed. 38 S&F in repairs GI flange (02 Nos.), jointing with 04 Nos. nuts, bolts, washers, rubber or leather gasket including screwing and fixing for 80 mm bore etc., complete all as specified and directed. 39 All as per item No. 38 hereinbefore but 100 mm. 40 S&F in repair gate valves (gun metal globe valve) with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed for 25 mm dia., complete all as specified and directed.Note: The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cutting, threading, insertion of union joint, nipple etc. for the required size of pipe. 41 All as per item No. 40 hereinbefore but 40 mm bore. 42 M&L for collecting water samples in sealed 1-litre bottles and recording the sampling location in the presence of the MES representative from UG sump, overhead tank, RO plant, etc., located at different sectors under AGE(I), every month or as directed by AGE E/M, and testing for colour, odour, pH, taste, turbidity, TDS, copper, fluoride, free residual chlorine, calcium, iron, magnesium, sulphate, total alkalinity, zinc, total hardness, etc. from Govt. approved laboratories and submitting the test report, complete as specified and directed. 43 Taking down the defective electric induction motor 50 HP capacity of Kirloskar make, 415 Volt, 3 phase by disconnecting the electrical connections, removing the motor from its bed by decoupling it from the pump, transporting it to the workshop, dismantling rotor/stator, bearings, oil seals, etc., carrying out heating, varnishing, and replacement of unserviceable spares, reassembling the motor, transporting it back to site, refixing with proper alignment with the pump, reconnecting electrical connections, and carrying out testing and commissioning, complete as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1. Rewinding if required will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Sch A. 2. Bearings/oil seal/other spares will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Sch A. 44 All as per item No. 43 above but electric motor of 12.5 HP capacity. 45 Dismantling and removing the burnt out winding from rotor/stator and rewinding the rotor or stator with same type super enamelled copper wire of same gauge and with necessary insulating material, cotton tape etc., complete all as specified and directed. 46 Supply & fix in replacement terminal board for 50 HP capacity motors, complete all as specified and directed. 47 Supply & fix in replacement oil seal for induction motor 50 HP capacity, complete all as specified and directed. 48 Supply & fix in replacement oil seal for induction motor 12.5 HP capacity, complete all as specified and directed. 49 Supply & fix in replacement bearing for induction motor 50 HP capacity, complete all as specified and directed. 50 Supply & fix in replacement bearing for induction motor 12.5 HP capacity, complete all as specified and directed. 51 M&L for overhauling of centrifugal pump set 50 HP capacity of make Kirloskar, by dismantling completely and replacing unserviceable ball bearing, shaft sleeve, gland, neck ring, gland rope, shield, unserviceable nut, bolt, washer etc. and reassembling the pump and fixing alignment to the original position and coupling with pump, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 52 All as per item No. 51 above but 12.5 HP capacity centrifugal pump set. 53 Supply only ball bearing for pump 50 HP capacity of make – SKF/NBC/TATA, complete all as specified and directed. 54 Supply only ball bearing for pump 12.5 HP capacity of make – SKF/NBC/TATA/Toyo, complete all as specified and directed. 55 Supply only stainless steel studs, nut, bolt for gland packing/motor bearing housing suitable for 50 HP capacity multi-stage centrifugal pump, complete all as specified and directed. 56 All as per item No. 55 above but pump of 12.5 HP capacity. 57 Supply only mechanical seal for pump 50 HP capacity, complete all as specified and directed. 58 Supply only mechanical seal for pump 12.5 HP capacity, complete all as specified and directed. 59 S&F in repairs rubber gasket 3 to 6 mm thick suitable for submersible/mono block pump sets & motors, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 60 Supply only CI gland plate for centrifugal/mono block pumps 50 HP capacity, complete all as specified and directed. 61 M&L for painting to 50 HP capacity mono block/centrifugal pump and motor with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including cleaning and degreasing the surface, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 62 Supply and fixing as in replacement contactor MNX 25, complete all as specified and directed. 63 Supply and fixing as in replacement contactor MNX 50, complete all as specified and directed. 64 Supply and fixing as in replacement relay rating 45 to 75 sec., complete all as specified and directed.Make: L&T/ABB/Havells. 65 Disconnecting carefully old unserviceable ammeter from panel board and S&F of new 96 mm size square/circular digital type ammeter of range 0-30 Ampere or 0-100 Ampere, size of letters 25 mm, with set of CTs of suitable rating, necessary connecting/fixing arrangement and testing, complete all as specified and directed. 66 Disconnecting carefully old unserviceable voltmeter from panel board and S&F of new 96 mm size square/circular digital type voltmeter of range 0-500 Volt, size of letters 25 mm necessary connecting/fixing arrangement and testing, complete all as specified and directed. 67 M&L for cleaning of water supply underground sump of capacity 40,000 gallons capacity by bailing out the accumulated water at the bottom and removing the complete silt and disposing levelling as directed and cleaning with bleaching powder and wire brush after scraping the walls and bottom of the sump complete including white washing inside and one coat of cement based paint on outside surface of sump without disturbing the water supply to the area and painting for the capacity and date of cleaning of sump in dd/mm/yyyy in bold capital letters and including painting to air vent pipes, ladders, valve pit covers and covering mosquito proof complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 68 Supply and fix in repairs CI flanged foot valve suitable for 100 mm dia. pipe complete with necessary bolts, nuts, gasket etc., all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: KIRLOSKAR/L&T/VENUS. 69 Supply and fix in replacement gasket washer suitable for 80/100 mm dia., all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: As per sample. 70 Supply and fix in replacement gland packing 6 mm/8 mm/10 mm, complete all as specified and directed. 71 Supply only PVC insulated single core stranded copper conductor conforming to IS:694 (1990) 1100 volts grade 16 Sqmm, complete all as specified and directed. 72 Repairing, servicing and overhauling of chlorine dosing pump model RM-11, make RMCO including disconnecting and refixing of suction and delivery pipe, and transporting to authorised/local workshop for necessary repairs and replacement of unserviceable spare parts with new spare parts and testing, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Spares required for repairing of the dosing pump shall be measured and paid separately under respective item hereinafter. 73 M&L for preparation of old steel surface & applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (first quality), complete all as specified and directed. 74 Supply and fix in replacement non-return valve for dosing pump of model RM-11, complete all as specified and directed. 75 Supply and fix in replacement LDPE pipe as per sample for dosing pump of model RM-11, complete all as specified and directed. Make: KISAN/SUPREME/PRINCE/FINOLEX. 76 Supply and fix in replacement discharge valve assembly for dosing pump of model RM-11, complete all as specified and directed. 77 Supply and fix in replacement suction valve assembly for dosing pump of model RM-11, complete all as specified and directed. 78 Supply and fix in replacement pressure relief valve for dosing pump of model RM-11, complete all as specified and directed. 79 Supply and fix in replacement foot valve assembly for dosing pump of model RM-11, complete all as specified and directed. 80 Supply and fix in replacement manual motor controller Supernova MOG-S1-2000, 3 Ph, suitable for 15 HP motor starter panel, complete all as specified and directed. Make: L&T/ABB/Havells. 81 M&L for overhauling of centrifugal pump set 20 HP capacity of make Kirloskar, by dismantling completely and replacing unserviceable ball bearing, shaft sleeve, gland, neck ring, gland rope, shield, unserviceable nut, bolt, washer etc. and reassembling the pump and fixing alignment to the original position and coupling with pump, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 82 All as per item No. 81 above but rewinding of electric motor of 15 HP capacity. 83 Supply and fixing in replacement foot valve 80 mm dia. with washer, gasket, nut, bolt, strainer complete all as directed and specified by the Engr-in-Charge. 84 Supply and fixing in replacement foot valve 63 mm dia. with washer, gasket, nut, bolt, strainer complete all as directed and specified by the Engr-in-Charge. 85 S&F in replacement 3 pole contactor MNX 32 suitable. 86 Supply and fixing in replacement of single phase preventer, complete all as specified and directed. 87 Supply and fixing 3 core 4 sq mm PVC flexible copper cable for suction sweeper pump suitable length, complete all as specified and directed. 88 M&L for overhauling of non-clogging centrifugal sewage pump set 5 HP capacity installed at Sec-52, by dismantling completely and replacing unserviceable ball bearing, shaft sleeve, gland, neck ring, gland rope, shield, unserviceable nut, bolt, washer etc. and reassembling the pump and fixing alignment to the original position and coupling with pump, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
