Tender For Special Repair To Various Roads In Clement Town Cantt; 1 M&L for repair to pot holes area n exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc. cutting around edges to at least 30 mm in depth and making good by applying tack coat with bitumen of grade VG 30@ 5 kg/ 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bitumen of grade VG 30 well rammed, sealed with binder @ 9.8 Kg/10 Sqm blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chipping of 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of pot holes exc 30 mm , rolled with power road roller of 8 to 10 tonne complete all as specified and directed. 2 M&L preparing existing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc on black top/concrete surfaces than applying evenly a priming tack coat with paving BitumenVG-10grade over the prepared surface bymechanical sprayer @ 5 kg/10 Sqm of surface areacomplete all as specified and directed. 3 M&L premix bituminous macadam laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber consolidated thickness not exceeding 75 mm with 4% binder of paving BitumenVG-30grade, content by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant and laid by mechanical paver finisher complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for applying bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.50%binder of paving Bitumen VG-30grade, content by weight of total mix including cement filler, on surfaces,rolled compacted with using 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller to achieve the required compactness, camber and gradient mixed in hot mix plant using design mix and laid by mechnaical paver finisher complete all as specified and directed.NOTE:-(i) The actual binder content used shall be as per optimised content based on approved job mix formula irrespective of what ever indicated in Sch A.(ii) Price adjustment shall be done on MINUS side only @ Rs. 55,000/- per MT(without considering the permissible tolerance on minus side) with reference to binder content indicated in Sch A.(iii) No Price adjustment for Bitumen shall be done for variation on plus side.(iv) Please note that SDAC to be laid immediately after laying of BM. In case the SDAC could not be laid within 48 hours of laying of BM, primer coat @ 3Kg / 10Sqm to applied over freshly prepared bituminous surface and nothing extra shall be paid by the Govt. on this account. No claim what so ever shall be entertained by Govt on this account. 5 M & L for preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint for marking of minimum 2mm thick single coat as in center line and edge line,zebra crossing, stop lines etc, road marking of 150/100mm width using HOT Mark thermoplastic paint (Hot application) white or yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, inter filler etc, thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be as per the table No 8004 of MOSTt specification conforming to BS-6086 OF MOST specification including spraying of glass beads @ 300 Gms/Sqm etc all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed. 6 S&F in repair cat eye solar reflective type ofmetal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mmwith PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable sizeas per manufactures instructionscomplete all as specified and directed. 7 S&F in repair Solar Cat Eye Aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65 mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. complete all as specified and directed. 8 Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in any type soil, each n.exc 0.5 cum, getting out and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed. 9 S& F of Convex mirror of 1000 mm dia and made up of Polycarbonate material provided with 75mm dia MS pipe post of 2700 mm height, duly powder coated with adjustable fixing brackets for MS Pipe used for road turning, intersections, curves T Junctions Hospital, Parking lots etc and also ideal for surveillance with clear & definite mirror image having 130 degree of viewing angle with unbreakable & strong mirror, PCC type B1 (1:2:4) including earth workcomplete all as specified and directed. 10 S&F in repair metal tubular dealineator madeout of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mmdia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMAand mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of600 mm height duly powder coated and thermoplastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellowreflector radium tape of 25 mm widestrips with anti theft steel net for reflectorprotection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4(150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all asspecified and directed 11 S&F in repair ABS/Plastic Speed Breaker of size 250x350x50 mm blocks black and yellow having reflectors on both sides incl installation of epoxy and spikes for anchoring complete all as specified and directed .Note-: Hollow back surface of speed breaker to be filled with CM (1:4). 12 S&F in repair ABS/Plastic flexible spring parking post barrier high grade polyurethane material with 3 white reflective tapes easy to install allas specified and directed 13 S&F retro reflective sign boards of pentagon shape having each side of 900 mm as approved by GE with support length of 3650 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in green and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of Stainless Steel rectangular shape 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos.Stainless steel rectangular pipeof size 35x35x3mm to a vertical post made up to SS rectangular pipe of size 50x50x5 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing SS message plate of required size,Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paintover and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete as perrawing , specification and direction as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed. 14 Demolition of concrete (un-reinforced)of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed. 15 M&L for pavement quality concrete (PQC) as per design mix having minimum 28 days field flexural strength of 40kg/ sqcm or 4.0Mpa, aggregate gradation as per table 3 of IRC 15-2017, coarse aggregate of clean, hard strong, dense, non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone or gravel, fine aggregate of clean natural sand or crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum cement content of 400 kg/cum of PQC with non-circular, virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39, UV stable, alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, minimummelting tenperature as 240 degree celcious and minium tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate as specified by the manufacturer,thickness of concrete 25 cm or less PQC laid, spread and compacted with slip-form paver of minimum 7.50m width, including curing and tining by texturing cum curing machine complete all as specified and directed.Note :- (i) The design mix shall be got done from approved lab and got approved from GE/AGE (I) before commencement of work.(ii)In the event of variation in the design mix in the minimum cement content will be adjusted through supply only rate at market rate or procurment rate whichever is more for cement. However no plus adjustment shall be applicable, if excess quantity of cement content is used/ approved in the execution of work under this items.(iii) Required surface texturing to be done as specified in clause 10.1.14 and table 9 of IRC: 15-2017. 16 M&L for formworkfor rough finish to edge of concrete flats exc 10 cm but nexc 20cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or slopping and similar work, complete all as specified and directed. 17 M&L for finishing of concrete roads pavements by belting and brooming complete all as specified and directed. 18 Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for Cement concrete ( reinforced) including removal of debris etc to a distance out side MoD land complete all as specified and directed. 19 M&L for RCC (1:2:4)type B1 Nominal mix(using 20mm gradedstone aggregates) as in walls, retaining wall, basement wall etc.complete all as specified and directed. 20 M&L for formworkfor rough finish surfaces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railingsand similar work includingattached pillasters, buttresses, etc. vertical or to batter. complete all as specified and directed. 21 M&L for RCC (1:2:4) type B1 Nominal mix (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, and in shelves complete all as specified and directed. 22 M&L for formworkfor rough finish to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landing slab and similar work, not exceeding 200mm thick complete all as specified and directed. 23 M&L for mild steel TMT bars as in reinforcement, 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed. 24 M&L for PCC (1:4:8) Type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggre-gate) as in foundations, filling and mass-concretecomplete all as specified and directed. 25 M&L rubber moulded factory made machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size approved by GE conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness , M-40 grade (ISI Marked), complete all as specified and directed.(Note : Design/shade of rubber moulded machine pressed precast concrete Paver block shall beas approved by GE) 26 M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed. 27 M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregates, as in kerb/ benching/ coping, bed plates, for fixing of hold fast,water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.
